I wasn't sure of it Bitsy, do the ribbon etc go? I'm not going to do a flap on this one.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000

Crickett Fab news! well done to you!! :T:j
Claire I quite like the ribbon, but I'm not sure it works with the bag/other fabric. It looks, in your second piccy, ever so slightly like the waistband of a pair of knickers! It might need plain lining fabric rather than patterned perhaps?
Food: Lunch was a ham sarnie, melon, kiwi fruit and a delicious, but very juicy, nectarine! MrEH has been a bit of a g1t though as he's changed the boring "Stephen Fry Up" crisps that were in my lunch bag for a tempting packet of Smokey Bacon flavour instead. They are proving harder to resist.
Haven't a clue what dinner is going to be this evening so it might all go to pot tonight unless we can come up with something quick and healthy. I ought to have got something out of the freezer to defrost but forgot, so we'll see what gives later.
OO Hope the journey back goes smoothly and well done on the eBaying! That's a great total for such a short space of time!

Afternoon all - Claire I agree with EH, I think it needs either different ribbon or different lining fabric.
Our boss has kindly just bought the whole team Calippos so sitting here getting a big sticky and trying to type with one hand. So it rained (a lot) while I was here, and now I'm going back for winter and the sun is decamping to the UK? sounds about right
Anyone know what I should do with a bees nest starting up under the eaves, inside the loft but over the extension so unreachable except through their entrance?0 -

crickett1234 wrote: »MG, your idea of a goal board was interesting, but I am not sure I can do that. Bearing in mind that I get weepy at SMA follow on milk adverts and Pampers adverts... I am not sure I could cope with a board full of cute babies to squee at. That might be a bit of my headstuff coming out again, and now I think about it, might even be sending confused signals to the Universe. This inability to have a baby is really raw with me and one of my coping strategies is to attempt to avoid thinking about it too much. I might have to work on that. *wanders off musing*
Yup - you with kids - me with men. Got you completely about sending mixed signals. I say I want one - but really there is no "space" in my life - no signals to the Universe that this is something I "need" or want - because I am so busy coping completely with it all.
This Personal Development stuff really sucks some times :rotfl:
My guests have headed on home, its been a fab day in the sun around St A - incuding the touristy stuff and a picnic on the beach combined with great chats and searches for gratitude rocks.
....................... but you know when some people go - they leave a funny kind of silence behind? Thats what I've got, a house that feels emptier than it should.:o

Seriously fed up, as having started feeling better on Wednesday evening, I've been feeling steadily worse since mid-morning yesterday0 -
What a glorious day, if this country did weather like this more reliably I'd never feel sun-deprived again.
