not long... a couple of days. As it fights the infection, the swelling should go down. You can take pain killers as well if you need them.

(Some anti-biotics effect how well the pill works (just thought I'd mention it))

Morning all, very busy but just having a coffee break.

Tricia that was classic and I now have a mental image of the Matrix women marching through the streets. We could do with Mike drawing us a graphic from thea description - not heard from him in a while wonder how he is doing? I am sure that Marru will gain much strength from that.

No purple dress here - I don't think I have one. But have been wearing my running gear most of the morning in solidarity - look formidable. Now off for a run.

And yes - my biopsy result just came back and it says 'normal'. Good news, this is.

DH Is home early from work, so he is going to do food shopping, he cleaned the fridges and freezers out last night ready, B&M open today where aldi used to be so might pop down to have a look.

I haven't done any housework today, apart from 2 loads of washing, the house looks a mess but I don't care, it hurts to bend, so I'm not doing it, fair play though, I went back to bed this morning and ds1 emptied the dishwasher and refilled it before he went to placement this morning, all I had to do was wipe the worktops when I got up.

MG the quilt arrived this morning ,it is lovely. All neatly washed and ironed too :) thank you for the card and the freddo choc bar I love those :) will eat that when I can open my mouth wide enough :)

DH has just said when we come back from shopping he will blitz through the house and get it tidy, it shouldn't take him long.

    Ah thats great news FW.

Ladies I need to join in with your eating well plan and will shop for nice, healthy food as soon as I get paid. My skin is bad and I feel sluggish and lacking in va va voom. THIS IS NOT ME and so I need to fight it and get back on track. Will need to eat from the cupboards til pay goes in and food there is fine but maybe not the healthiest so I'll join you soon. Bought an avocado today and some salad and chicken bits so thats a start.

    Great news FW :D

Just had a load of home grown lollo rossa lettuce, some wiltshire ham, new pots and a load of not so healthy coleslaw :o I like my salad with a bit of crunch so really ought to use that salad seed mix I bought <mumble mumble> years ago for crunch rather than relying on coleslaw all the time. It's only me that eats it and a large pot is just too much and then I feel under pressure to finish it all. Anyway tea tonight will be a nice stir fry so will chuck in any veg I can find, spring onions, carrots, courgette :D

Great news FW I am so pleased for you and I bet you are relieved. Right off for lunch. I have a lunch date with Mr C ;) . What could be nicer when the sun is shining and we are meeting on the prom. Hope the black clouds on the horizon head in the other direction though :)
