Claire I feel your pain! I had my wisdom tooth removed because I kept on getting infections around it
Hope the antibiotics kick in quickly.
Today's meals were McD's for breakfast (bad bad Mrs Hicks) cuppa soup, crackers & an apple for lunch, shortbread finger & cashew nuts as snacks and lasagne for dinner. Was quite good yesterday though
Good news on Daisy Bitsy, am still thinking of her xxMortgage: 2011: 86000 - now: 499000 -
Ouch Claire, at least you have the anti-bs now, keep an eye on it. Boiler pot is looking good.0

I'm too tired to think straight - I've been working on a Mind Map for the "Book of the Month" thingie I do this evening.
I was so organised - had the list and deadlines printed out and was merrily working my way through them, when the client changed his mind and decided to add an additional one into the middle of the list. Trouble is that means I have until Saturday morning to read a whole business book, digest the salient points and come up with a cracking Mind Map and get it in the post.
Fortunately I found a copy of the book today after a panicked phone call from the clients Marketing Lady - so I have done the first pass and come up with an outline Mind Map ................................ but my Brain and my back have had enough so it will have to wait until tomorrow to be refined and inked up.
But on the bright side - there are ten Mind Maps left to do in the series - which will be 2K into the Freedom Fund.:j
Other bright side - Neil Diamond on telly this evening. I know he's not trendy, but one of the best shows I ever worked as a follow-spot operator was his and I have been a Secret Fan ever since. Brilliant, brilliant showman.
Keep taking the anti-b's Claire ............... and if it gets to much off to the Dental Hospital with you.
Leccy blanket on - so very early night for me.

Marru: Big higs for you. Wipe the tears and remember The Matrix Girls are behind you all the way.
The officials looked on in bewilderment as a seemingly endless file of women packed the courtroom. At their head was a young blonde flanked by a serious looking boy of about 10 and a toddler. He was singing “10 green hand grenades hanging on the wall”
The voice of an angelic choirboy contrasting with a steely expression on his face which promised dire consequences if justice was not done and seen to be done.
Some wore purple (with a red hat that did not go), some carried knitting, some wore belts with all manner of gardening tools and others waved wooden spoons. A small group were quietly discussing metaphysics. Another group muttered incantations. “Conjoint analysis” “bell curve” “standard deviation”.
Suddenly, as if the group had a secret method of communication, all became still and every eye focussed on the miserable creature, quivering as he recognised Strong Women.
He trembled.
He cringed.
He ran.
Pursued by a hoard of women with one thing on their minds.
A patio.
Deep dug.
Extra concrete.
Guarded by great danes and – oh, tremble all ye wrong doers -
Peedie dog.But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?0 -
