Not much to report, just aiming to get a move on with jobs today and LESS time on the computer.

Just whirling thro' myself, yesterday spent an evening faffing as I didn't quite know what to tackle next... Digging out old 'to do' list and highlighting 5 priority things. Will eat those frogs first after breakfast. I am bathed and dressed warmly, which is progress (including earings and bracelet), so if postie comes along he will not get the delights of my polka dot wincette pjs
Well done there Pickle!0 -
MG and DS1, hope the tour is a great success.
Pickle - woo hoo! fantastic news
Monday and the weather is yuk down in Sussex tooOh well, another day working from the sofa with a sore but getting much better leg
.
Today is the day I choose to start the transformation of my physical being - I'm not calling it a diet as I've decided I'm going to try and do my best not to weigh myself, just feel the differences, as it then puts pressure on me, I get obsessive about losing weight, so I'm going to record what I eat and the emotions I'm feeling at the time. As if by magic, a link to a "Vegan in 30 days" website came onto my FB this morning!
Breakfast - fruit saladmelon, banana, apple and satsuma - I made it for DD, and was planning muesli for myself, but then she changed her mind and I enjoyed every scrap. Planning on making some hearty soup for lunch.

Scary weather here & gales are forecast later. Shame - can't garden tonight

And I have 1 bid already :j:j
So I can see DH "tidying" the house over the next few days to see what else he can find for selling.....
OK - back to work

Afternoon all.
I hope everyone is having a good day. I've been painting (will I ever get it done) and got bored so thought I would escape here for a while.
Going to pick up DH soon as he finishes for paternity leave and extended leave. I can't wait to spend the next nine weeks with it....sorry that sounds mushy.
I hope DS1 enjoyed his tour of the school MG, it's such a big step. I still remember it all those years ago...

Afternoon ladies! I'm afraid to say that the sun is shining here - not sure what East Anglia & London has done to deserve all this lovely weather butthere we go - it'll probably rain right through July & August!
No breakfast - yes, I KNOW! - but I just can't handle the idea of eating at 6.30am - I'd rather have the extra 15 minutes in bed! Lunch was an egg mayo sarnie (low fat mayo) with lots of cress, folowed by a banana, apple, 2 x clementines and a kiwi fruit. That, if I'm not mistaken, amounts to about 4 of my five a day! :j The crisps that MrEH popped in the bag to go with it are still sitting there and wil go home with me uneaten.I think I'm winning! Dinner tonight is crab salad which I am really looking forward to, and I have melon & strawberries in for pudding.
Claire keep going with the patchwork - I'm sure that the more you practise, the better you'll get. MG I hope DS's tour went well and they were sensible enough to give him straight non-patronising answers.
Busy day today as I'm working all day for my regular clients. So far today I have been doing stamp duty forms and property registrations - pretty mindless stuff but not too bad and rewarding to get done. Got another 2 and a half stamp duty forms to do then a pile of other stuff. Roll on 5pm!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
