All the best for tomorrow MG! Have a great day!
Got the kittens to the vet and back again with no problems. My senior pusscat has been given the all clear from thyroid problems because in 3 weeks she has put on 100 grams! I thought she was scarfing with a will! All other pusscats have been given the second injections for their boosters and given a clean bill of health.
Have put in a tesco online order for tomorrow night delivery so that i have some spare time this week. I am feeling a little overwhelmed with stuff right now...so it is for timesaving rather than moneysaving. Though I have also ordered massive amounts of kitty litter! So it's Mr Tesco Man's hernia rather than mine!
Lots of love to everyone, and sorry for being a bit pathetic earlier. have given myself a stern talking to!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -

:eek::eek::eek::eek: Oh my light and stars!:eek::eek::eek::eek:
Just weighed myself. The number is MUCH bigger than I thought it was going to be. OMG. I am :mad::o:o:eek::eek: by turns.
However. Have now got myself sorted, done some exercise and now I need to engage my stubbornness engine and lose this weight. I have got my exercise DVDs and my Wii fit and Sports Active games and all the acoutrement I will need into a basket and placed it by the TV. I can't miss it. I have also decided to come home from work and ignore the state of the house and do exercise first.
Exercise first and then I need to address the food issues.
This is the last time I am going to do this. I have 122 weeks before I turn 40. If I lose 1 pound per week, I will be a slim trim crickett when I turn 40! I AM going to do this. I might need some bahookie kicking though."A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -
Well Crickett, if you talked to yourself I wont bother
MG, since working from home I find having to go to the office very inconvenient indeed!! Good luck tomorrow, hope you enjoy it s much as I am sure your pupil will.
Decided against taking the beer ( good plan as boss seemed rather proper, although Mr C tells me that he has the sense of humour same as David Mitchell) Brilliant talk peppered with my favourite thing Quotes. One that sticks in mind "to risk nothing could be to risk everything" I keep hearing it said in what I imagine to be Firewalkers voiceSome days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -

Good Luck MG.... thinking of you! Positive vibes for all of the Matrix today.
I started really well. Instead of waiting for the tram to take me from the park and ride to the office... i walked. Up a bloody great hill and down the other side. I was a bit hot and sweaty when I got to the office... but I made it. Feeling pleased with myself.Going to do some Wii Fit Plus when I get home tonight. And then I have to keep to it!
Time for breakfast - breakfast trifle again! Yummy!
Got lots of worky work on today, so may not be able to come back today. Have a great one everyone."A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -

Good luck MG! :T :T
I'm working at home again today - so task is to see if I can get done what needs to be done (and remember to take my tablets! Hope they start to kick in soon)
Have already changed the bed though - definitely a been-putting-off thing!0
