Put the kettle on Cheery hon.
I've lit the candle that sits in the window for you (Scots thing, I know, I know:p)
Deep breath - and then let us know how you are getting on.

Why am I avoiding it? I dunno really. <looks at her feet and shuffles slightly>:o
I am feeling pretty tired today, despite sleeping quite well last night. I am feeling pretty wound up still about things at home and at work, so it could be that. I think the reason I am not doing it is because if I finish it, then I have to send it in. And if I do that and they tell me its pants, I will feel soooo bad.And also, in my fevered brain, i might think that if I have the letters after my name I need to be perfect in my accounting and never make any mistakes and then I am scared that people will find out that actually, I am pretty carp accountant after all. If any of that makes sense?
I know that I don't need to be upset or worried about any of that stuff. But I am.
Right. 15 minutes it is. 15 minutes drafting section 6. Then a treat of coming back here. And big vibes to Cheery!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -

Crickett <glares> back to it girl, you'll thank yourself for it!
A few vibes wouldn't go amiss in the next few minutes ladies if you can spare anyI had graves disease/overactive thyroid last year, they treated it with tablets, and it went away, but they do an annual blood test check up because there's quite a high chance of it coming back. Had my blood test last week, and just got a letter to ring the docs to discuss it - usually they'd send a 'your results are clear' letter if they were.
Last time, I was told if it came back, I'd either have to have my thyroid out, or radiation to remove most of it, and then take thyroid replacement tablets forever. I *know* in the grand scheme of things it's not that bad, that loads of people have to do that, and worse, but I'd rather not if possible!
(and I don't want to have to choose between radiation and having my throat slit - what a blithering choice! :rotfl:)
Ringing at 3pm - my doctors surgery has the most bizarre and complicated opening hours ever :rotfl:
Oh hope the results are good ~~~~ POSITIVE VIBES coming your way ~~~~Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

positive vibes being sent - though I like the candle idea.
I think Claire you will end up with a smaller finished item if you haven't calculated a seam allowance - would that be a problem? Could you just add an additional square around?
ginger biscuits in t'oven. New-to-me relatives sleeping off their jet-lag, if they sleep much longer their snack lunch will be bumping into their roast dinner........should I make them skip it? Not very friendly is it? and they are in their 70's-80's.......oh dear.:o0 -
Thanks lovely ladies
Rang surgery, to be told the doc would ring me this afternoon... I could have asked why they needed to send me a letter asking me to ring up so they could tell me that, rather than just getting the doc to ring me :rotfl: but I suppose it's keeping someone in a job, so I didn't
Vibes for a little longer if you don't mindgoing to try and concentrate on some work...

Thanks ladies... and continued vibes for Cheery. 45 minutes until home time. Going to apply myself and do lots. And then go home and fight kittens to go into their travel boxes.
Wish me luck. It (or rather I!) could get bloody!!
