Ooh Bitsy I love a wedge. I wonder whether to wear mine to wear tomorrow if the weather looks reasonable?
Smocky type tops are great for apples. Warehouse usually do nice ones if you wait til sale time and just team that with jeans and wedges for a more boho mum look?!

I worried the same (I'm more top-heavy but am conscious of my tum) but was surprised - you really don't. The other style I was surprised to find I could wear were the tops that are elasticated round the middle from under the bust - I only tried one on to challenge my own ideas of what I could wear and ended up buying two!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I thought this too, but was pleased with the result when I bought a couple of tops in this style.
Trouble is, I'm so used to slumming it..jeans, fleeces, tees etc, that I feel too dressed up when I'm in a nice topFull LBM 26 Sept 110 -
I have 4 Winnie the pooh Aprons and 1 white and ble stripe for the farmers market tomorrow, Now just need to sell them.
Right off to bed now, need to get up early n the morning as I haven't bagged the elastic for my mate yet and she wants it in the morning,
Most probably won't be on here in the morning no time,
Hope you have a decent nights sleep Bitsy, Right painkiller time for me, although I have found the aprons don't irritate my arm as much as the Jewellery doesBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Bitsy it's worth a try and like EH says, sometimes the ones with elastic just under your boobs are great.'The road to a friends house is never long'0

Also, I found yesterday the blog of a very young Americal guy who claims to have solved the matter of procrastination. Probably not entirely but what he says makes sense. This is that we procrastinate because we:
1) don't know where to stop (long lists that never get finished)
2) Measure work in hours not tasks
3) Do time management instead of energy management
Consequently he recommends three rules:
1) At the end of each week to do a new to do list called 'weekly goals'.
2) Every nigh to do a new to do list called 'daily goals'.
3) Focus only on the daily list and forget about the rest.
My guess is that if one follows these rules it doesn't matter where one works - but have not tried it yet. Care to join me in the test anyone?
I'm up for that: it seems like a reasonable way of keeping yourself on track: if you don't finish a task on the day you set it for yourself you will be able to keep it in the framework for the week, so unless you miss an absolute deadline that was sometime in the week, you will be fine and get it all done.
Hope you are feeling better today, FW.
40SM your boss's wife sounds like she is best ignored, frankly. Hopefully your boss will have had something to say to her when he got home. Hope you are feeling better, too.
Wish I could make aprons like you lot: I had to buy one not that long ago and I could have made one out of some amazing material! :cool:Please call me 'Pickle'

Hope you have a decent nights sleep Bitsy,
Am I allowed a  DD (who went to bed late herself) has decided that 4am is the time she wanted to get out of bed. I spent a hour trying to get her back off before giving upNot a single decent night sleep this week, if it wasn't kids interrupting it was me coughing with this lousy cold.
Thanks for the suggestions, if I see one that catches my eye then I will give it a go.
I really need a T&S/Gok makeover just without the airing all my wobbly bits on TVI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Aw Bitsy - thats horrible - I have resorted to a DVD on the TV and cuddling up under a duvet on the sofa before, but thankfully DS2 seems to have settled into a 6.30am wake-up routine. Just about do-able if I make a point of getting to be early.
Playing with my dress pattern - and now I can' decide whether to make the dress a "straight" up and down one or to flare the hem to make it more A-Line, so I will mull itover for a while and see if I can figure out which one would sui my bodyshape more.
The Pupil Liason Officer got in touch from the High School yesterday - so we are booked in for a tour on Monday 23rd. She is also going to help me make sure that DS1 is prepared for the transition - so that's step forward.
Today will be mostly preparing for my 121 training that I am off to this week - but I have decided that as soon as my In Work Credit comes in again I am going to book my Glasgow Course.
Off to put the first load of washing on - and then the seedlings need a good water.
