Actually if you look at my figures they were genorous to the scammers, still the jist of it is that less than 50 cases were heard out of 1.8m fake pcn's issued. Of those less than 800 cases not going to court I would hazard a guess that a lot would have settled beforehand, but it would be interesting to know how many were dropped by the ppc
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

"I suggest you bring a toothbrush." Priceless, just priceless!

"I cannot help but wonder if now you are going to be reading about yourself on the internet." :rotfl:

Judge McIlwaine should be on the stage.

VCS must be terrified of judges by now. Every time they go near one they get their @rse well-and-truly kicked. I wonder if the rest of the "industry"* is now paying VCS to keep away from courtrooms?

At least, though, they don't brag about all their successful cases on their website! I do note, though, that their "Company Directors" link gets a 404 "Page not found" error. Trying to hide from the arresting officer, perhaps?

*Industry: Habitual employment in useful work (OED)

Seems I'm using the word incorrectly :rotfl:
