!!!!!!, internet swallowed my post so this one will be shorter.

My friend was around so we went to a few boutiques to have a look at dresses for the wedding and in major news I GOT A WEDDING DRESS. It's not on the internet, but it's beautiful, it's gold and white, a fitted top and the skirt has a slight bubble hem. It needs a few alterations but they do those in the shop and it's complementary. So excited!

Sunday was a bit of a disappointment, were supposed to go to our favourite seafood restaurant about an hours drive away but OH wasn't feeling well so we just stayed home.

Went to see XMen today. Was very good.

Back to work tomorrow. Getting our updated redundancy letters. I'll be relieved when it's all over.

I'm SO excited and SOOOO relieved about the dress!

In other news we've finally got the official letters about the redundancy. I'm no better off but no worse off either. I'm just relieved it's done now.

Got a $400 bonus today which is slightly ironic! It's for hitting production and quality targets. Will work out about €200 after tax, which I'm not complaining about.

Nothing else happening. The weather is HORRENDOUS. Lots of lashing rain. Feel like going back into hibernation, it does not feel like June!

I've been very lazy the last while about posting. I need to get back to it. Internet is bugging me though it's so slow!

We got windows and doors in our house today!! Very exciting! I have house keys now. Been thinking of buying a Tiffanys keyring when I'm in New york http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?sku=15882212&mcat=148212&cid=297640&fromGrid=1&search_params=s+5-p+3-c+297640-r+-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t+-k+

After booking tickets to see Jimmy Carr in November. Taking OHs brother again. He was saying only at the weekend that he'd like to see him, didn't know until today he was going to be here in November! So good timing!

    That's about it for now!

I used to have one and loved it! Word of caution - the ones with a ball that screws one, the ball works loose in bags etc - that's how I lost mine! :(

This is the one I want, in my mind it's the "classic" tiffanys keyring, there are some other ones I like but none of them "look" as tiffanys as the one I've linked to. I'll just have to be really careful with it (not the easiest thing in the world for me!)

I'm really disappointed to discover Acuvue, whose contact lenses I wear, test on animals! I check every few months to see what cosmetic companies test on animals so I can keep them in my mind to not buy them but I'm stuck with my contacts. I've tried other brands but none of them suits my eyes. Really disappointed.

Seriously annoyed with warehouse. I ordered a dress, received it and decided to send it back. After not hearing from them after I sent it back I e-mailed them only for them to tell me they had never received it and to forward the proof of postage, which I did. And that was the last I heard from them! Have now sent 4 e-mails and posted a message on their facebook wall to see if that gets a response.

Sounds like an irritating day :( Unfortunate about the Warehouse dress, they are a reputable company, chances are it'll turn up in the system somewhere.
