Had a dermatologica facial today. Was fab. Fell asleep in the middle of it as per usual.
I've been doing really well with the exercise. I've done 30 mins on the cross-trainer every day so far except today. I had planned on doing today but after the facial I didn't want to get sweaty and have to wash my face!
Am going for my Universal Contour Wrap tomorrow. Looking forward to it but not at the same time! Standing there more or less starkers while someone wraps me in bandages isn't my idea of fun!
I need talking out of buying nail varnish. I can't find it online but Debenhams have a collection of 8 (I think) Nails Inc varnishes for €40 (reduced from €80). I can imagine wearing every colour (except a weird looking blue one). Talk me out of it!!!!!0 -
OMG kerry eventough it is half price it is such a lot of money on nail varnish!!!!!!! couldnt you just satisfy your craving with getting a couple of cheap bottles from boots, I know its not the same but natural collection do 3 for a fiver, and do some fab colours...... no one would every know they were cheaper ones...
glad the facial went well I used to love them, not sure about the wrap thing, i remember the whole paranoid standing there starkers thing when I used to go for a spray tan, its amazing how much you just want to stand there and cover up your bits!! I would have ended up with some very funny tan lines though!0 -

Thanks Missy!! That's exactly what I need!
I'm ramping all the beauty treatments up now - only 7 weeks to the wedding!
Just bought jeans, a top and a cardigan from new look. On iPhone so will post links later. Jeans especially were a bargain - €12 - and that wasn't a sale price!0 -
Well I've had the contour wrap. It's not exactly a plesent experience, stripping down to undies and then standing there while she measures you! The woman doing it was lovely though so it wasn't too bad! I then got wrapped really tightly with clay-soaked bandages, and had straps attached, I had 2 on my thighs, one on my lower stomach and one just under my boobs. She asked me if i wanted my boobs wrapped so I left those out! Then when wrapped you lie on a treatment bed on a special heated plastic blanket thing and get plugged into the toning machine. It doesn't hurt, it almost feels like a tap at first but you stop noticing very quickly. You're all covered over with the blanket and left to "bake" for about 40 mins.
Unwrapping is much faster than being wrapped and then you're measured again. I can't remember exactly where I lost, I know I lost 1 on each thigh, 1.5 on my stomach, some on my hips. But overall I lost 12 inches in total!!! I can definately notice it on my stomach. You're not supposed to shower for up to 4 days after the treatment, but I'm back at work tomorrow so I'm going to have to go for a quick tepid shower this evening.
2 more to go!0 -

I'm thrilled with 12 inches. I was looking in the mirror earlier and I can actually see a difference! And I tried on a dress I bought a little while ago which was a tiny bit tight and it fits lovely. Now granted I have lost about 4 pounds since but it definately fits better.
I really don't like Paul Galvin, I don't think he's that good looking and he's just so full of himself. I've seen him a good few times in person and he just doesn't do it for me.0 -

I have like no interest in sport but I've totally loved him ever since I saw that documentary at Christmas. Wouldn't have known who he was before that! I sort of like his attitude. I read his Indo fashion columns. I still think he could be gay but some sporty types I know who know him say absolutely not. They also say he's very nice if you meet him, not like his media image. So who knows, I've never seen or met him.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000 -
Bit of a weird day mood wise.
I had an energy slump bout 11.30 which was followed by a mood slump. Just felt really lethargic and "couldn't be bothered". Didn't do any overtime. Called into our renovating house on the way home and OH was there which I didn't expect. He always puts a smile on my face so I cheered up. Stayed there for 2 hours. At proper home slipped back into "can't be bothered" again and am still there. So this is a short post!0
