I did search the board and it didn't come up, didn't occur to me to search the site unfortunately

there's no mention of it on their website or facebook page so i'll be wary of trying it. website just says exchange an empty product for a 'sample' size. i suggest people don't go out of their way until they confirm it via calling a store or something.

i posted on origins uk facebook page to ask whether this is true or not last night, but theres no 1 reply till now.

I got my days really muddled thanks to the bank holiday and really embarrassingly tried to do this today! The shop assistants told me it was tomorrow so should definitely be on. You can all benefit from my stupidity!

Well it's the only forum thread I found on the QGWYC board

So I am glad OP posted because it gives me a place to ask/discuss about this.... well done OP! :T

I tried their store location search for south Wales postcode cf37 1aa all they have is two in Cardiff so it's not just any Boots then? There didn't seem to be anything for most of Wales and not very much for anywhere else in the south West when you do a 100 mile search.

Just to confirm, Martin has just been on TV and said the exchange is for the full size products! :j

I'm going to nip to Boots this morning and give it a try! I'll keep you posted.

I think it's probably only Boots with an Origins counter, as opposed to those that just have an Origins display shelf.
