I've just been to the Origins counter in John Lewis and the offer is definitely on.

you have to book a skincare consultation before you receive the cleanser and the appointments are on a first come first served basis.

Been in to John Lewis today 9.05 had to wait 10 mins for consultation , and walked of with a full size cleanser and some samples. I love origins so well worth it. Thej diary was filling up with customers booking consultations and by half 9 was getting full. They will have this on tomorrow Friday as well but are not getting as much stock. A geat offer but be quick as the consultation process means its not just in and out.

And you also missed the 'Free £16 face wash' banner at the side of the page? Always best to do a search before posting.

    How rude!

Ignore dmg24, this is a fab Grabbit and thanks so much for posting it! :T:T:T:T Lots of people don't get the email (or get it too late for some of the best deals) and it will be seen by more people if posted here as well. There is no rule to say that something in the weekly email can't be posted on the forums!! The more people who see it, the better (over 1,100 views so far). :)

My friend's sister works on an Origins counter in Debs so I have just called to ask her to put one aside for me, will go at lunchtime and pick it up. Full size too! Wayhey! :A

So I'm guessing you can't book the consultation for later and walk off with your cleanser now? I'm hoping to actually pick up the cleanser today as I planned my day around getting out to John Lewis.

Husband & I popped into John Lewis with a couple of old moisturisers, filled out our address & emails and walked out with our free Face Wash & Cleanser. Hurrah! (My husband used his sister's name & address and they were fine with that - as was his sister!). They gave us a card for a free facial too which can be used at another time. No consultation business mentioned, just gave them our addresses & they handed over the goods! Too easy!
  • I can't get to try and get one till tomorrow afternoon - So not holding out much hope - But fingers crossed though!!!

If they do the consultation appt thing from morning then my daughter and I definitely WON'T get one when we go in tomorrow afternoon!

Will try HOF , Debenhams and Boots if we have the time though...

( Just to get ONE - We're not greedy and don't exploit these fab deals!! )

Don't bother going to Origins at Boots in Westfield - they don't have any freebies left! :(

Thanks KT2 I was just about to head off there. Do the Debenhams in Westfield do it by chance ?

Tried Origins counter in HoF City - they said there were 40 people waiting for them to open this morning and they ran out immediately. They blamed someone called Martin Lewis :D
