Origins free cleanser when you return an empty cosmetic product

Origins counter at John Lewis in Cambridge had some left, exchanged old cleanser, just had to fill in a card with name & address. They didn't have many left though and don't think they'll have any left by the end of the day...

We just walked over to John Lewis & Debenhams in Liverpool One - they said all gone by 10am this morning!

they did have enough to last for a couple of days; that's until 5.9 million people received an email.
