The current proposed changes in the Feed In Tariffs has led to a large influx of calls in to HomeSun. We understand at some periods our phone lines (0844 824 0000) may be extremely busy and that some may have not been able to get through.
If anyone is experiencing issues with their installation please email customerservices@homesun.com and retain the subject line as Moneysavingexpert. We will ensure any inquiries are dealt with the utmost priority as all HomeSun staff undertake to answer and resolve all issues with paramount emphasis.

Can the Homesun representative please get back to me urgently. I had solar panels fitted by Homesun earlier this year and the fitting went very badly with the fitters leaving site without telling me I had broken tiles and holes in my roof. The breaks in the tiles were so bad they caused over 24 rents and tears in our roofing felt, some up to 24 inches long. The tiles were replaced, however the fitting broke over 100 tiles and the roofing felt was left held together in places with tape from the inside. My roof is still leaking 6 months later and despite contacting Homesuns customer service rep on the 25 October I have only had an e-mail to say the problem has been passed to Carillion, their fitters. With a severe weather warning for tonight I am concerned that having a bucket in the roof to catch the water is not ideal and I certainly would not endorse Homesun's cusomer service or standard of work.

Just applied for Homesun and a shade greener wonder what they say are roof is s/w facing but is in sun from morning to dusk so will be intresting to find out what they say !0

You will see from my earlier post that I contacted customer services about water leaking through my roof due to poor fitting at installation. I contacted your company first on 25 October, and then have e-mailed twice using the money saving header as suggested and e-mailed your contractors Carrillion. Since then I have had no confirmation of a time or date for fixing the problem. Whilst this may not be the best forum for complaining I feel I have little other way to make my problem known as contacting customer services does not work. How long do you leave people in winter with water damage??? Is this really utmost urgency???

Been in the system a while. Lease agreement finalised 6th October. Installation due on 11th November. 31st October - they cancelled owing to "no availability in your area". Seems a big coincidence they cancel the day the Govt paper is out......
On 1st November we were told installation would be November 24th, they rang us yesterday to say this is no longer possible?0 -

After some email/telephone correspondance we agreed on an installation date - today. Must say the guys have been working hard but need to come back next week to finish off.0 -
