Hi
I've bought some birth announcement cards online, I uploaded all information including photo. All text was ok and photo was fine.
Cards have arrived this morning and photo is pixelated and the writing is no where near the size on the proof (bordering on being too small to read!)
What are my rights? Obviously I'm not happy as these have cost £25 for 25!
Their T&C's say
However it then states
Where do you think I stand?
You are telling us the things are faulty.
They say they will replace faulty product.
I'll leave you to work it out from there.0 -
Hi
I purchased a tablet online on the Friday, we received this on the Saturday however it would not work (kept turning off) so I returned it the following Friday (within 6 days of receiving it), I received the replacement today (6 days after returning the original product) and this also does not work.
Am i still entitled to my money back as I have lost faith in the product, the site says you have a 7 day money back guarentee.0 -
You're in the right timeframe for a refund, however is it fully turning off or the screen going black and going into sleep mode? (If you just press the power button does it come straight back or do you have to wait for it to boot up) if its going into sleep mode it is very easy to adjust on most tablets and they tend to be set to go off after 2 minutes or so of inactivity as standard. Seems odd for two of the same product to do the exact same thing.0

The 1st time it was turning off, we checked it was not sleep mode. The tablet was turning off before it had finished opening to the home page (within 30 secs). The replacement does not turn on at all.

I bought two modules of RAM from ebuyer.com recently, as part of a new build for a server (so including a motherboard).
I got some obscure errors from the beginning and it turned out to be the RAM but it took over a month for me to diagnose this. I want my money back for the faulty RAM as I have since got replacement RAM elsewhere.
ebuyer say it has been over 28 days and I can't get my money back. I thought the case with faulty goods was that within 6 months if it was faulty then they have to offer to repair it, if they can't then they have to offer a refund?0 -

As well as that, during the first six months, any fault can be assumed to be inherent.
It is for the seller to prove otherwise.
If the fault is deemed inherent, the seller needs to provide a remedy which could be a repair, replacement or refund.
Your choice, but you cannot force the seller to provide a remedy that is disproportionately costly.

Hi,
I bought my DD an Apple Ipod Nano (Apple on-line store) about 11 months ago and it has just developed a technical problem.
Apple have agreed to replace it foc with a new one as it is still in the 12 month warranty period (which I appreciate). They have also said that the warranty will expire in a month (12 months after my original purchase) and advised my to buy a 12 month extension for £28 ish.
I would just like to know if the replacement ipod should come with its own 12 month warranty from the date of delivery, as it is a new item? If not I will probably pay for an extension.
Thank you0 -

No they are correct, you had a 12 month warranty for the product you bought, you have had it replaced, (very generously), and have a month left of the original warranty..
SoGA still applies to the product.

Thank you - I thought that may be the case, but wanted to check before I bought an extended warranty. I do appreciate the replacement they have offered.0 -
