Thanks. I'm on the repair screen now and there are no drivers. When I click load drivers it takes me to a Sources folder. Do I chose something from here?
Thanks0 -

Just ignore Load Drivers and choose 'Next'.0 -
Ok It did the startup repair and found nothing. When I click to do a system restore it says : to perform offline system restore you must specify the windows installation you want to restore.
But when I click OK it doesn't give me any more options.0 -

You were supposed to have clicked 'Cancel' at the point of being offered 'System Restore'. It is written in the instructions.
Perhaps try again. Keep an eye on those instructions.0 -

Nuh. Start up repair said it couldn't fix my computer as it couldn't find the hard drive. So I thought system restore would be the next logical step. Advice?0 -
What's the make of the pc?
I could be wrong but it sounds like the boot sector has become corrupt because it's not being seen, and you may need to follow specific instructions over a period of time on to fix it.0 -

If you don't need any data, try factory restore
