Was this "investment" only scammed to UK investors, or to Spanish investors as well?

I fully appreciate how the delayed return of your investment is proving frustrating but you are the same age as me and we can't withdraw money from pension plans for another two years.
But those conditions are agreed upfront and are not being changed so your point is mute.
So long as the money you have invested is secure, and is continuing to accrue interest, then you have no need to be concerned at the moment.
    Says you.
These official valuations (including a net asset valuation which equates to the Company's assets less its liabilities) will be in the public domain, officially stamped by the notary and tax adminstration offices within a short period of time.
So.... there's no official valuation in the public domain?

The Company has stated very clearly, and on several occasions in its regular updates, that it is on course to be in a financial position to repay those investors who are due a return by the middle of the year.
As they would do if they were a scam or even if they are legitimate company but had illiquid assets that couldn't be realised so as to meet their obligations or the assets have insufficient value to meet their obligations.

Until then, without wishing to sound patronising,
    Which you are
may I urge that you, and other bloggers on here, wait to see if the Company meets it own targets and obligations within the timesframes they have stated.
    But they haven't.

There are people on here telling you that they have been due a payment, in accordance with the agreed payment schedule with the company, and it has not arrived. Therefore is it not unreasonable for people to expect such a well run, legitimate company (sic) to honour its obligations?

I do not have a vested interest here but I do find your posts..... intriguing.

And in due course the Company will do so. Clearly you are not an investor or else you would have understood by reading the well documented bi-monthly updates (issued only to investors) a full explanation as to why they have not been able to honour their financial obligations to some investors.

If the Company were running a scam they would be lying low and not keeping either its investors or SIPP companies fully up to speed. I keep repeating that there is a world of difference between a delay to an investment and a scam. If you are not an investor, and so not receiving the regular updates, you will be totally unaware of the timescales for exiting investors provided by the Company last Summer.

And my point about not being able to withdraw pension money before reaching the age of 55 is extremely valid for the investor hasn't suffered a financial loss. The Company has agreed to fully compensate all investors whose return has been delayed upon maturity date. The delay may not be the outcome these investors would have envisaged but the resolution offered is the far from being a disaster.

So it is so easy to make an ill-informed judgement when you are merely a spectator trying to ascertain what is happening behind the windows of a car fitted with tinted glass!

Yes, indeed I have because I have made the effort to do so on many occasions when you clearly have not and refuse to make the effort. So tell me, who is the real coward here?? If you were that concerned about your pension investment, you would have taken the opportunity to meet the individuals and the company concerned. Tell me, what have you got to lose by trying to ascertain the facts? What are you so scared of finding out? The truth perhaps????

Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme was virtually insolvent by mid-2005, yet he managed to keep the scheme going until late 2008, when he was finally arrested. I'm sure those early difficulties were explained away in a similar manner as we are seeing here.

The only reason I'm on here is set the record straight as their representative.

So you freely admit that you are a representative of the people behind this scam investment opportunity, and not as you initially presented yourself in your original post?

And set it straight you do - very effectively.

The way you have completely neglected to follow the T&Cs for company stooges/reps tells all of us everything we need to know about your company's lack of basic integrity and quite possibly outright dishonesty. :D

Well, it's not my company as I am an investor. Tell me, what T&Cs are you referring to? Yet another armchair judge who professes to make a judgement based upon no knowledge of the facts.
