I have not professed to be their official representative- I am just an investor who has gone to a lot of time and effort to ascertain the facts about this project in order to satisfy my own interests. A delay in making an agreed investment payment/repayment is merely the elapsed time between identifying an issue and obtaining confirmation of a failed investment (scam to use your word)

Whooops! Someone forgot their lines. Yes, I know several other posters have highlighted this wine-laced admission, but I think it bears another repetition.

I feel so sorry for people caught up in this. I really hope it all works out in the end for you, and even if it does, you'll have been badly mistreated by these people, and subjected to unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Simple things like not communicating properly with 'investors' is a form of cruelty and incompetence that speaks volumes about the integrity of people. Not getting the basics right is how easily perception changes from scheme to scam.

I'm sure the forum will offer all support and assistance possible to those anxious about this dubious venture, but an equally good outcome is that some would-be investors will stay away from these people, and indeed investments like this in general. How often have we heard about these exotic overseas investments turning from golden sands to handfuls of dust?
