I can only pray that some honesty comes to this soon as I can smell mess.
  • I still remember the person on the end of the phone line saying "just think sir in 3 short year's you can lift your 38 Thousand pound investment plus at least 10% return and put it back into another Sipp and watch it grow".
That was 4 and half year's ago like everyone else still waiting, wish I had never seen the ad for this investment ,I'm 55 in a couple of year's and could have been lifting "my money".I'm glad I listened to my wife back then, I was going to invest another 40 Thousand in another one so glad she stopped me, sitting here writing this wishing I cold turn the clock back.

The procedure is still in place, as you know well. The Urdangar!n case is one of Spain's major corruption cases of influence peddling, bribery and money laundering, and Fundaci!n Metropoli appears as involved in the case through its president, Alfonso Vegara, whose name also appears related to Los Pandos as promoting and publicising the project. Truth be told.

You know reading the tenuous link you are trying to draw between FM and the Noos corruption investigation is on par with someone attempting to connect David Cameron with Andy Coulson and the phone tapping scandal. As we all know, Mr Cameron may have employed Mr Coulson's services but he was never implicated in any of the charges of which Mr Coulson has been found guilty in a court of law.
And so whilst the the president, Alfonso Vegera, may be the direct subject of a major corruption enquiry, there is absolutely no evidence, or suggestion, that FM is in any way implicated.
Shame on you for trying to distort the facts

Hope you had a pleasant weekend everyone.

I enjoyed watching the motorsport and enjoyed a nice glass or two of wine produced from the Los Pandos vineyards. Oops, I almost forgot, they don't exist, do they, according to certain really reliable sources on here? Oh well, it must be all be a figment of my imagination!!

And by the way, does anyone know why two comments posted by Glamdring recently have now been removed?

Perhaps, at long last, the site administrators have woken up and realised that using bad language and making threats in a public forum violate the law as well as the rules of the forum.

Why do you care if they do or don't? After all, I am sure that they are big and ugly enough to fight their own battles without some anonymous voice form the Internet defending their honour like a love-struck swain.
In fact, why are you so keen to defend their honour at every twist and turn? Why are you so emotionally attached that you felt it necessary to join this forum with the single intention of only commenting on this particular investment?

Oh dear!! Did i intrude upon a private party??? I hadn't realised that this forum is for the private use of a tiny group of people who wish to mutually support each other.

Well, I'm here to support the silent majority who, being busy people with families to look after and jobs to go to, do not have time to get embroiled with a phony trial by blogging.

The only reason I'm on here is set the record straight as their representative.

you're not very good at doing this are you? You've now made this thread the top ranking return on pretty much every search engine out there (along with the "facebook scam page"). Good exposure- well done!

I fully appreciate how the delayed return of your investment is proving frustrating but you are the same age as me and we can't withdraw money from pension plans for another two years. So long as the money you have invested is secure, and is continuing to accrue interest, then you have no need to be concerned at the moment.

During my own research in July 2014, I was privileged to see with my own eyes the official independent valuation (i.e. not one produced by M&C itself) of the project based upon the stage it has reached in the overall planning process. Since then a more up to date report was completed very recently which shows a further increase in the value.

These official valuations (including a net asset valuation which equates to the Company's assets less its liabilities) will be in the public domain, officially stamped by the notary and tax adminstration offices within a short period of time.

The Company has stated very clearly, and on several occasions in its regular updates, that it is on course to be in a financial position to repay those investors who are due a return by the middle of the year.

Until then, without wishing to sound patronising, may I urge that you, and other bloggers on here, wait to see if the Company meets it own targets and obligations within the timesframes they have stated. You have waited this long, a few more months is neither here nor there in the scheme of things.
