I am no more Eduardo Martin than I am Jimmy Saville!!!! if you can't establish this one single fact correctly, there is no chance the rest of your comments are valid either
be careful in which direction you aim your gun for the bullets may rebound and hurt you!!
The procedure is still in place, as you know well. The Urdangar!n case is one of Spain's major corruption cases of influence peddling, bribery and money laundering, and Fundaci!n Metropoli appears as involved in the case through its president, Alfonso Vegara, whose name also appears related to Los Pandos as promoting and publicising the project. Truth be told.0 -
and what exactly are you going to do?0

You still haven't confirmed that FM were charged with or been found guilty of any wrong doing. So i ask you again: please state explicitly on here what criminal activity this world-renown company has been accused?
This is nothing more than scaremongering through inuendo0 -

There, almost glossed over in the middle of yet another long post, is the key point.
This was a fixed term, fixed return investment and has it been repaid? No.
That's all you need to know. There's no point in going to Spain and listening to some convincing-sounding story, because conmen and fraudsters will ~always~ have a convincing sounding story.
At this stage of the game, all they will be wanting is time so that they can hide away money in places where normal legal process can't get it back. They won't be interested in "doing a runner" only to have the money clawed back later.
"truth be told" may in fact be a self-delusional existing investor, but IMO it's more likely that the motive for their posts is an attempt to buy more time for those involved, while assets are put out of reach of creditors...0 -

oh well, ignorance is bliss!!
They have the right of reply here. I'm sure if they cared they'd use it. Of course, they would have to go through proper channels and not just register a new account to start bombarding this thread with posts.0 -

Well, I wonder who is the more delusional here. Please would you like to explain how it would be possible for the Company directors (or anyone else for matter) to run off with 8,500,000m2 of land in their back-pockets? This land has been formally assessed and valued by independent industry experts (I have seen the reports myself).
The investors have peace of mind because they hold a charge over this asset in much the same way a bank/building society here in the UK places a legal charge over a property that is mortgaged.
I do wonder whether any intelligent life (myself excluded) exists on this forum judging by the complete nonsense that is being written.0 -
Is that an admission that they engage in criminal behaviour when it suits them?

No, of course it is not. Don't twist what is being written to suit your own ends.
The fact is that if you make defamatory or potentially libellous comments in a public forum such as this, don't be surprised if the target were to take legal action to protect themselves and their business.
I fear you could be treading on very shaky ground indeed if you pursue making serious allegations.0 -

Why do you care if they do or don't? After all, I am sure that they are big and ugly enough to fight their own battles without some anonymous voice form the Internet defending their honour like a love-struck swain.
In fact, why are you so keen to defend their honour at every twist and turn? Why are you so emotionally attached that you felt it necessary to join this forum with the single intention of only commenting on this particular investment?0 -

PS, if you think my posts are defamatory or potentially libellous, please feel free to report them.0
