Generally more people complain then praise, so it shows a sign that prehaps Royal Mail aren't that bad.

What response do you receive after filling in your name and address etc using the "I've got a problem with redelivery/paying a fee" option ?

The "I'm receiving someone else's mail" and "Someone else is getting my mail" options basically tell the complaintant to *** off

And that's good? That they aren't 'that bad'?

Well, I guess I'm once again in the minority here, because I see a bad thing as a bad thing, whereas everyone else sees partly bad as acceptable. That's probably why, when a politician is caught stealing public funds, or hiring a prostitute, it makes no impact whatsoever on the public.

if you want premium 99%+ performance then pay for it
if you want a cheap one size fits all service that works most of the time,then accept it
