why aren't they using it anymore on PTS out of interest?
are they using the MSE spreadsheet instead?:D

Think about it yourself.. having a website thats inaccurate 10% of time due to lag or lack of updates or whatever

Or having a spreadsheet that auto-updates and you dont have to do anything to it... which would you use?

    Have i answered the question?

The trolley checker website is still useful though.. and was how i was trying to get you guys to order the DTD deals so you can quickly see the risk vs reward :).

Either way use it or not its another resource.

    thanks
sorry i wasn't having a go at you personally
had bad experience with not being allowed to view PTSite because i was a newbie

looks like a good site to explore new deals as well , some of asda's new rollbacks are on there already so will have a nosey , i have never found ANYTHING that replaces MSE though, big hugs to you all:)

No, can't see it, if the trolleychecker works ok then it shouldn't lag a manually updated spreadsheet. what do we want - automation, when do we want it - now ! :)

It trawls moneysupermarket.com every night at midnight and updates the compairsons with the best deals...

I don't believe it does. If that was the site that was started in thread 3 or 4 they got people to manually update the database

Of course they are! They don't thank the updaters here either, just take take take. They'll even brainwash you into sending them money for the 'running of the site' too!

Reminds me of jehovahs Witnesses............. :D

I argued against them starting the 'paid access' part of it.. as the fact they link to the MSE spreadsheet shows that with larger numbers means larger benefits (mass research, 30+ volunteers updaitng spreadsheet etc etc) and charging limits numbers that researches means you will just mainkly be taking other peoples things.

    didnt go down well

And... seen as Paid to shop have stopped referencing the website that does all the work for you guys ....It trawls moneysupermarket.com every night at midnight and updates the compairsons with the best deals...

:rotfl: thought I have seen your username before but could not remember where until "PTS" was mentioned.

why have you kept it quiet for so long when you knew how much our SS editors are struggling and that our spreadsheet is available freely to all, no disrespect but paid to shop is a bit of a clique and don't allow free access to all

Oh they are a clique club I am one of the member there but I am hardly there only once a month at best.

Normally I wouldn't mind too much about the vouchers, but after tonight I don't have access to a printer.

How strange they are all missing :(
