    Good evening all,

I suppose I'm just looking for clarification but I had a strange one this evening. Whilst doing my dtd shops I noticed an end of Finish that was marked at £3.05 for the 800ml rinse aid - clearly a mistake but there was loads there. I took 1 in with my main shopping to check.

Right enough it came back at £5.99. :j

I went back after packing all my dtd stuff in the car and bought the shelf. £100 worth. I went to customer services and she called the manager. The manager was adamant that I was getting only the difference back, not double the difference. I phoned customer services who told me it's at the managers discretion.

I phoned them again and a different person said the same thing. I walked out with the lot and receipt and photo of the price on the shelf with the product in an effort to sort this out.

Is dtd at the store manager's discretion? Do I just send the standard e-mail to the ceo? All help is really appreciated. I'm normally king of the arguers - this is the first dtd one I've lost.:mad::mad:

Given that it is a policy which is stated, in writing, in store, I think arguing managers discretion is a bit weak! I don't know about your Tesco, but mine has it on a sign behind customer services.

It's just off the roundabout where you branch off for A1, Berwick and Kelso (I think!). There's a huge caravan/campsite there.

    Is it Haggerston Castle campsite?

They've had them every day at about noon for the past five, nearly six, weeks (bar one). Always at least 3/4 of them, too. That's why I thought I was alone!

So did I!! It was a shock not to find them today...

Does anyone know if all the Muller corners work or are there certain ones that either don't work or are not stocked by A?

Not sure about all. Why not check on the Asda website to see prices/stock & make your list from there?

tesco can be fined a lot of money for having the wrong priced sels also.

They had three today at about 1pm. I know because I was on that aisle buying the beef for the first time.

I could always pick up a few for you next time? It's only a 5-minute walk to store.
