For anyone who's vouchers come back as 'processing' - which browser are you using?

I found that by using IE, using the back arrow and re-submitting it worked after 2 or 3 attempts whereas on Firefox it didn't seem to.

*Note: It doesn't work for everyone but it's worth a try.

I will try and bump this daily as it seems to have helped a few people and the query comes up regularly - and this thread moves SO FAST!

Thanks to the SS people for all your hard work!

I bought beef today, barcode was the same as spreadsheet. Not sure why the ones your parents were looking at would be different, tesco isn't smart enough to change the barcode to stop all the dtd'ers.

No, they're not, but they do stock different cuts, sizes etc all with different bar codes & only price match the one.
Never found the 'right beef' in my store...close, but no cigar.:D
    oooooooh!!!!!! Thanks for that!!!! :D

omg, he is H.O.T!!! How have I not know about him before this week????? lol I am now officially a cricket fan! :D

    But, erm, who's she?????

He's 'retired' from test cricket now so you're unlikely to see him on your screen. There are others though...;)

My guess is that their DTD promo budget is extra flexible, hence the relatively long campaign and extensive TV promo. And I think it is also very effective campaign - they keep drumming the message that they are cheaper than ASDA. Few more weeks and your average consumer will have it tattooed on their brain "Tesco is cheaper than ASDA, they guarantee it".

and after they have entered their receipts and found out that on an "average" shop, T is indeed cheaper than A, this will be reinforced even more...

Yep but it's the brave ones that help this thread the most. There are been some real great people on here, who have tried different deals, to try it out. Next minute everyone's buying it. So where we might be buying toothpaste today, somebody else might be trying a new bottle of wine ;)

Too right!!!! I tried out the Kelloggs Crunchy nut cornflakes 375g yesterday too but they come back N/A was on Mr A site, so don't know what the problem was, little bu**ers!!!

Although this was only a little shop, it was a great was to turn a £14.80 voucher into a £20 voucher, by using the £2 off Finish coupon

    TOTAL £ 16.96 £ 6.50
    1 x PRINCES RED SALMON 213G £ 3.98 £ 1.50
    1 x FINISH ALLIN 1 DISHWASHLEMON 56'S £ 12.98 £ 5.00

My DTD calculations went to pot at the till today when SA refused to take my €2 finish coupon against the dishwashlemons 56. She said it was for quantamatic products only. Anyone else had this?

I don't recognise the name, is it an outlying town/village? We used to live it Spittal which is just outside the town.

    Good evening all,

I suppose I'm just looking for clarification but I had a strange one this evening. Whilst doing my dtd shops I noticed an end of Finish that was marked at £3.05 for the 800ml rinse aid - clearly a mistake but there was loads there. I took 1 in with my main shopping to check.

Right enough it came back at £5.99. :j

I went back after packing all my dtd stuff in the car and bought the shelf. £100 worth. I went to customer services and she called the manager. The manager was adamant that I was getting only the difference back, not double the difference. I phoned customer services who told me it's at the managers discretion.

I phoned them again and a different person said the same thing. I walked out with the lot and receipt and photo of the price on the shelf with the product in an effort to sort this out.

Is dtd at the store manager's discretion? Do I just send the standard e-mail to the ceo? All help is really appreciated. I'm normally king of the arguers - this is the first dtd one I've lost.:mad::mad:
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
