The 500g are £2.37 in both, but the 375g are £1.99 in T and £1.00 in A, thought it would've come back okSW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

I suppose I'm just looking for clarification but I had a strange one this evening. Whilst doing my dtd shops I noticed an end of Finish that was marked at £3.05 for the 800ml rinse aid - clearly a mistake but there was loads there. I took 1 in with my main shopping to check.
Right enough it came back at £5.99. :j
I went back after packing all my dtd stuff in the car and bought the shelf. £100 worth. I went to customer services and she called the manager. The manager was adamant that I was getting only the difference back, not double the difference. I phoned customer services who told me it's at the managers discretion.
I phoned them again and a different person said the same thing. I walked out with the lot and receipt and photo of the price on the shelf with the product in an effort to sort this out.
Is dtd at the store manager's discretion? Do I just send the standard e-mail to the ceo? All help is really appreciated. I'm normally king of the arguers - this is the first dtd one I've lost.:mad::mad:

Maybe that buying the whole shelf was your downfall, it then seems quite obvious what you were after? Instore DtD has always been about being subtle0 -
