Just cut right into my finger, trying to carve the cold beef to make sarnies. It wouldn't stop bleeding for ages, and ive got a 2 hour drive at 4am tomorrow.
Mr Tesco this is your fault for giving me free beef, when I don't have a carving fork.0 -

I need some help with this, my pregnancy brain is really giving me memory and additional issues
This month I spent over oour £150 budget food budget, more like £220 and thats cos when I got started on this DTD thing I did two £40 shops to get a £20 voucher! I now know NOT to buy things off the DTD list when using a DTD voucher but what I am NOT getting is how can I turn a £10 DTD voucher into a £20 one??
I just dont get it? We dont get paid til next week and I have three DTD vouchers all for under £10 and loads of people coming over the weekend for BBQ's so have meat but need to buy some salad and dips etc and nappies for the little ones and booze!
HELP!!
Why would you not buy things on the DTD list with your voucher? That's what you do to build them up and keep them going. Or have I misunderstood?0 -
tigerwhite wrote: »I posted earlier that I bought Lloyd grossman sauces yesterday at Mr. T. T at £1.69, A at £1 yet my voucher came back as N/A ... boo hoo.
I use them anyway so just have to take a hit on that one.
Another possible is T Finest sauages, pack of 6 (either cumberland or pork and leek). T at £2.58, A Extra special rolled back to £1.93 so it's £1.10 DTD and £1.48 Net cost. Put my receipt in ten mins ago so will report if it's confirmed tomorrow.

First a customer hit a SA with their trolly and they ended up having an arguement in the middle of the aisle (I was on the SA's side, they didnt even apologise to her) and as I was leaving they'd had a shoplifter who had tried to run over the manager with their car.
On DTD side of things I had my reciet checked for the first time and the SA wanted to keep my reciet, I said I needed it back for my records but she said shee had to keep it. i politely told her she just had to sign it to stop me printing another voucher.
I have had my 2 taken off me and put with the dtd voucher, is that normal practice please?0 -
