I have to drive 35 miles to my next nearest store.
I would rather that though, than be shown up for a third time in my own store0 -

First a customer hit a SA with their trolly and they ended up having an arguement in the middle of the aisle (I was on the SA's side, they didnt even apologise to her) and as I was leaving they'd had a shoplifter who had tried to run over the manager with their car.
On DTD side of things I had my reciet checked for the first time and the SA wanted to keep my reciet, I said I needed it back for my records but she said shee had to keep it. i politely told her she just had to sign it to stop me printing another voucher.
All of my receipts have been kept. I assumed they had to, to stop you reprinting. But dont need them for anything anyway so... or do I? Am I missing something?:o0 -

I used my voucher today with no problems. I handed the young boy my receipt and voucher. He looked at the receipt, laughed, and said 'errr this is your receipt'.. I replied 'oh, I thought you needed to see it' and he confusedly replied 'errrrrr, we do?' :rotfl:
Shows that they still haven't trained their staff fully, more than a month on!0 -

I did get the full fat coke. Bought them last week and no probs at all.
But make sure you dont buy any old el paso fajita/taco mix in your trolley. T have a current deal of buying fajita/taco and a 2 L coke for £3.. you wouldn't get DTD back for it.Tiger

That is an unecessary and untrue generalisation. I am sure that a fair few Golden Oldies could show you a thing or two (and not just about good manners!)ELITE 5:2

Hi All,
Just had my first finest pizza, def not worth £4.25, but after reading posts i added the chorizo and it makes it delicious, so thanks for the tip.
i decided to buy the non lemon finish tablets, so i stop getting the £2 and dont feel like i have to buy another, ive got 10 packs, which is probably 2 years worth! concentrating on the radox/coke/surf/lenor (shame it has gone down to £5!) this week.
Hope you all well, off to do some tidying, back later!I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -
Been hoping to watch some TV from Sky plus and eat a (free) magnum,,, but been saying it for the last 45 mins. I just can't tear myself away from DTD finds... obsessive methinks!:oTiger

Had a success using 2 vouchers in a Mr T just off the M6 Yesterday.... may I suggest that ladies take advantage of the warm weather n wear vest tops and go to young chaps on checkouts....~~~blushes~~~ he was so busy looking in wrong place that i managed to use both....
Thinking i should get at job at Mr T....Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.
I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.0
