Had to laugh today when I saw this big pile of Betty Crocker Pancake Shakers in the Walsall Extra store today. It's similar to the collection I have in my larder! :rotfl:

    OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HOW DID YOU GET INTO MY GARAGE???????????

I haven't dared do a DTD shop in Tesco's all week! They've made me like a criminal soo many times now, and i'm completely paranoid!

  • hello all just tried my first dtd shop today and think i have slightly messed up....2 small kids make me not think properly! i was doing my normal shop but then separately put through 2 50+ sunmilks and then again separately put through 2 oralb power brushes...just realised now i should have put through the toothbrushes through separately shouldn't i?

i'll probably just get the £20 back, if i had put them through separately i would have got £32! silly silly silly!
  • I must say I can't believe some of the trouts some of you are encountering. Admittedly i've only used 6 vouchers or so, but every single one has been taken without even a second glance. In fact when I was "killing" one earlier on nappies, the young male SA thought it was great! :D

Dont panic too much, it happens I have done it.

make a list and stick to it.

but you can turn a lower value voucher into a max amount quite easily.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

I don't know if this has come up before, as there is a lot of 'tread' to follow; it's worth mentioning again though, to stop people losing out. So here it is... I reached my maximun monthly allowance email from Tesco. £100 a month - I was closer to £300! I had changed email addresses 4 or 5 times to avoid the maximum email notification, it however, didn't work. I used my final email address too many times. It happens! So, what now? Should I start again? I decided to type my nunbers again to a different email address - surely not, too easy!! Well I did change the time from 24 hour clock to 12 hour. It always appears 12hour clock anyway on the voucher, so the checking the receipt wont matter! Well, it only worked! Voucher recived for the new email address and 12hour clock time! Used it today! Bought a new toothbrush for £10 and beer for the evening. Nice.
