  • ETA - what lovely weather???????????

Oh no, sorry! I thought it was UK wide lovely weather- now it just sounds like I'm rubbing it in! Although, it may be gorgeous and sunny here, I'm still stuck inside doing assignments, so it's wasted on me!

And I'm sure I'll add some more on to avoid my uni work for another half hour! ;)

Which is why I alternate between house and school work - always seem to want to avoid the other!
Still can't face looking at comments on assignment so off to attack the house:rotfl:QUOTE]

Shall we face our frogs together? Mine is the mountain of clean clothes to be sorted and put away. I bet you'd finish first. ;)

Had a crap nights sleep again, and again I woke myself about shouting after a bad dream:o

Sorry you're feeling rough. Take some painkillers and go back to bed until you feel better?

DW sorted, child fed, wet washing out and dry washing in, S&S of the few clean/clear spaces in the kitchen. Can't put the frog off any longer. :(

    morning all:hello:

got up this morning to thick fog, but pressed ahead and got WM loaded, by the time that was out fog was clear but sky was grey and cold, its getting better and at least the sun is out now, so I am pleased I went ahead and put it on the line.

Mrs B I hope you find out what the problem is, at least you know there is someone willing to take notice, thats a good half the battle.

Julie hope your feet are better

Hugs for everyone - I'm in a good mood today:rotfl:

I find when the weather is bad I don't have the energy to study, but when it is good I feel I need to be in the garden, or at least outside.

Not much done so far decided to have my soak in the bath - me time and now feel good to go get on.

DD very apologetic now she's up

Hugs for jinky and positive vibes for the baby makers

MrsChaos - I'd love to borrow a cat preferably a hunter not one like the beautiful but fat lazy thing we had before (RIP Mogsie :()

Weather here dry but cloudy now even though its supposed to be the hottest day of the year - yeah right takes more than those few degrees to get me to take my sweatshirt off :p. WIll go and see if the first lot on the line is dry and look to put another out then its kitchen to go. Thing I'll put piggers flinging head on while DH is in bed and cant stop me

    [STRIKE][/STRIKE]Hi all :)
Please can I join you and thank you as ever to pigpen, toots and asbo xxx
Thank you so much for the birthday wishes and cakes on the last thread - I had a lovely day but have only replied now because I've had a horrible chest infection and aching :( (sorry to sound like a hypochondriac - it's really just been a bad few weeks healthwise but on mend now I hope :) )
So - still aching and don't want to rush about too much but am also at that getting-better-stage where I want to get myself going again so am leaving a little list of things I want to achieve today :)
    [STRIKE]WM on[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Clothes on line[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]WM on again[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]More clothes on line[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Make lunch for boys[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Iron clothes[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Dishes[/STRIKE]
    De-clutter living room
    Polish living room
    Hoover living room?
    [STRIKE]Feed animals (morning)[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Feed animals[/STRIKE] (teatime)
    [STRIKE]Cook tea[/STRIKE]
May add to list later :)
By any chance, can anyone recommend a good carpet cleaner or is it better to hire a professional 2-3 times a year? I have looked at a thread related to this subject just now but am curious as to what ladies on here might think/have experienced please?
    Many thanx :)
