There you are...did you have a good night?:beer:0

Hi there. Yes I did thank you! It was a good night out and although I was gutted at losing some money, it wasn't a huge amount and it was below budget all in all.
Really enjoyed it!
Anyway so sorry to be unsociable but, I really have got very stingy eyes and the beginning of a headache (that'll be the lager then....!) so I should head off to bed.
Thanks for checking out the diary taxi! Catch you again soon I am sure.

Hello ramblers!
Well I had a very low spend today. £1.25 on a lovely little gift for one of my Great Nephews which was a complete bargain. Happy about that.
For the rest of the week I still have to pay for bus fare tomorrow and get some fresh veggies at lunchtime from Tesco. I have £7.30 in my purse and bus fare is £1.50. I should be able to do that.
I also have two Darwins (£10 notes...) for tomorrow night's little jaunt, one of those reserved for a cab home. Shame I am not in your neck of the woods taxi73! (Not by about 200 miles or so!).
It's going to be a tight squeak but I really hope I can make the budget! It's the grocery shopping I am concerned about on Saturday however if I take charge over the menu for next week, I may well come in well under budget. Fingers crossed!
I have installed MS Money as well tonight. OK........well....not quite sure what to do with it now! I have entered all my incomings & outgoings but it's nothing I didn't know already on my Excel spreadsheet.
However I am sure there is more to it than that so I just need to knuckle down and have a good look. But when you look at software all day.....it takes a fair amount of resolve to do it again when you get home! But I won't just install it...forget it. I may get my friend around who uses it too, to help me out if I look at it too blankly for any amount of time.
I wish one of my Amazon listings would sell darn it!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Hi lookingahead...good luck with that money thing....I don't even know how to use a spread sheet(i'm useless on a computer) and good luck with your budget this week...have a wonderful night out as well...I'm sure you will come within budget as you are a very dfw motivated star:T0

Awww thanks taxi. Well you can't be doing that bad on a computer, look what you've done so far. Set up your diary, got motivated. Not bad for starters.
You could always challenge yourself to maybe just open up Excel and start with very basic sums. I could give you a few basic pointers, I don't mind!
Me? A DFW Motivated Star? Blush. Maybe a little bit at the moment.....that's from falling off wagon very hard and having to scramble about and clamber back on!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Hi LA,
had another thought about entertainment and your Mum. The BBC give away tickets to various performances, recordings and shows. Also channel 4 and i suppose other channels too.
