Sorry to hear you are not feeling so good. Hopefully you will be feeling better soon. I have a "medicine box" and every couple of months I go through it checking the expiry dates and if anything is due to expire soon I know to replace it. Saves having to buy everything at once. I suppose you have to have the stuff in the first place to be able to replace it but I'm sure you know what I mean

I have done stupid things in the past as well and I thought I was being punished for them but I have stopped thinking like that and I now think that when something not so nice happens it is a challenge for me. Better to think positive (I know it is hard
)

Thank you, Most of the stuff in my medicine box is for DD (well stocked for her) but for us - nothing. I will take your advice and do that, I have definatly learnt from this. Catch it early!
Positive thinking is the way forward, its just very hard.

Remember to buy store's own medicines. They are the same as brand name ones only a lot cheaper. Lidl and Aldi have paracetamol from as little as 16p (the last time I bought it that is, probably about a year ago but won't be too much more than that, less than £1 anyway
).
I am not too bad today thanks. Got hospital appointment next week for a small operation but I feel much better now than I have for the past few weeks :j
I think you should eat what you want when you are not well. If you are hungry then it is better to eat, you need the energy to fight the illness
Little Miss's room is a pigsty. I am trying to do the 15 minute thing each day so that I don't feel like I am doing too much but it is getting done. I also did 3 loads of washing yesterday  Very pleased with myself - this did include bedding! Try the 15 minutes at a time, set a timer for 15 minutes and don't allow yourself to do any more than the 15 mins. The next day you can go back and do another 15 mins. It seems to be working for me, albeit slowly
4 more days until your DMP starts :T Just think, that would be one hours worth of cleaning if you do the above :rotfl:

Hi Lost
So sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Drink plenty and some orange juice is good for you too.
You mention that your husband only pays the minimum of these cards. Why ?????????
Surely he knows by looking at the minimum payment how big it is. Is he just leaving this on your shoulders.
Not long now until you DMP starts:)
take care

Hi There
Have just been having a nosey at your diary ( I'm a bit of a curtain twitcher!!) I have noticed that you are about to go onto a DMP. Just wanted to let you know that this is what I had to do and the weight that has fell off my shoulders since being on DMP is unbelievable. Life is good again, don't have to worry when the post comes or the phone rings. Here's hoping the DMP has the same effect for you. Keep your chin up and stop feeling so guilty. How were you to know that this would happen to you? you didn't, so it's not your fault xxxDebt Free Date 1st August 2016 Sealed Pot Challenge #140 -

You can still get them at that price. Glad to hear you are feeling better than what you have been. Hope your operation goes well. I will be thinking you. Thats very good about what you are doing around the house, You seem to have it under control.
Well I have done a little but not very much. It just seems that it takes me forever and I make no progress.

Thank you, I am on the mend now.
OH set up the DD for minimum payments to be made, and thats it. If he thinks of it then will put some extra on but normally just keeps it at the minimum.
Everything is on my shoulders. Well it feels like it
