Ive been couped up in my own little world again, I have been very worried about the DMP and havent sent the forms off yet, I have been worried about my wage slip as last month I had overtime but its not guarenteed so I didnt include it in my DMP but am worried they will refuse me.
I have been struggling to motivate myself, well I just get to a point where I am doing stuff then something jumps in the way normally guilt and thats it, I am back to square one all over again. Running away, then I bounce back and it starts again.
So I woke up this morning and even though its raining I thought enough is enough I need to take control again! So thats what I am going to do! Take control!
I will read through all your posts and respond, I thank you all for being here and for thinking about me. I know I am silly for couping myself up in my own little world but its something I have done for a while. I am just so worried.

Hey lost, good to "see" you
Get the forms sent off. The sooner you do that the sooner you will be nearer the end. It is really unavoidable so get it over and done with. I don't know how a DMP works so I don't know what they will say about the overtime but sort it out right away and then you will know and you can deal with the next bit.
My favourite place in the world when things are going wrong is under my duvet on my own where it is warm, dark and safe. However, when I come back out things are no different so I have learned over the years to deal with things right away and that really does help.
Take care

I am going to reply to all your posts, just sorting my brain out!
I have finished sorting my DMP out, I have put a note in on the photocopy of the wage slip with the overtime on. I will send them a copy of a normal one when I get it.
I will take down the post office today and send it all!! I feel ok! I feel like I am able to do it now. So me and little one are going to town today, we will do some posting as well as I have to go to my old bank. When I closed it I owed some money on it from my overdraft, I left my child benefit being paid in it so it would clear that. Need to go find out if its all done!
Actually I am going to go get ready and go out now so I will be on later on to update properly. I actually I want to go out now!!! xx:j DMP started on 1st Oct 11 - 6 yrs 0 mths till DFD :jMay 2018 Debt free date - Mission to clear before!Depression is a challenge, Debt is a challenge and I have been given these challenges to be a stronger person.
