i think crazyguy must either be a wheel clamper or security guard someone who sees life from a very jaded and disillusioned experience, i know for a fact he was bottled fed,
and that he threw many a toy out of his pram before he became an adult 3 or 4 years ago

Did your AM launch it to you ?

No, we didnt have a launch, it was a brief conversation with a dm, not even my own. didnt even get any literature. To be honest if i didnt understand the staging process i would probably be struggling. I have asked for a branch meeting but have been told to wait till after the bank holiday. so thats what im going to do and then hopefully they'll realise how unhappy we are, although our Am already does.

A valid point I dare say on many rounds, on my round? Good luck to 'em, they'll be getting a bloody sight less than I collect that's for certain. You cannot pigeon hole the whole structure based on your obviously blinkered view of it. If only life was so black and white as you perceive, ohhh what a nice place you must live in

Call centre operators £6.00 per hour, special rates on direct debit , no agents commission , there are no grey areas in that me thinks.

Me thinks bashtheagents is not only a manager, but a crap manager who knows nothing about the job he's actually paid to do. Just the sort of person we're being penalised for to pay his unjustifiable wages.

I have every respect for someone who has climbed a career ladder from hard work and understanding perfectly their required job. Idiots like that are so wrapped up in kiss-!!! company rhetoric that actual reality seems such a long, long time ago to them and a prime example of how !!!!!!!!ters actually manage to climb ladders when they have no idea how to do a job in the first place.

As me old grandaddy used to say "Most management is made up of people who know how to talk the job but have absolutely no idea how to do the bloody job"

a lot of provi managers are ex agents .......go figure
  • I have been an agent for many years and always accepted any changes. This has knocked all the agents in a big way. We have all lost heart in what we do. We are the face of provident, the one the customers see week in, week out. I worked all day on the Bank holiday for nothing. Then worked the rest of the week to make an income. Would have been better off having a 'sick day'. Who would have collected??? Employed Provident staff got the day off, with pay. How is this scheme encouraging us to loan??? Its not! Anyone that needs a loan to get back to quality is going to slip again, result, money back to loose it again. Most of the ones slipping are customers we cant do anything about. The main thing we have going for us is knowing our customers. Very valuable to the oppostion me thinks. Personally speaking, to the customers I have spoken to, they would follow me if I moved company. This is one thing I would never, in all my years of working for the Company, ever think I would be saying, because up until 2 weeks ago I was very happy
