Ah...there is always going to be a cost somewhere. This is a numbers game after all. It is still sales but the product is money. Let us not forget the reason for this forum though, which is the underhand way the changes have been introduced without proper instruction or explanation for the workforce to take them on board. A despondant and negative workforce can be very detrimental in this type of environment.0 -

i think theres to much !!!!!ing going on here with folk who dunno what they are chatting bout, the whole point of this site is that us agents are being penalised for the customers who arent paying,we are all losing out big time,im going to lose bout 150 this week so not fair, who wants to be out there collecting in all weather and get crap wages because of all these deductions i certainly dont want to,and yes us agents have all been disheartened by this bloody company who are ripping us off for something thats not even our fault, ive spoken to my customers and they say its wrong that the agent is being penalised, and it not fair that we should be paying for other peoples mised payments,so come on all agents get them meetings organised and lets do something about this CROOKED lot :mad:0

Whilst a facebook campaign sounds a good idea will it have any effect ?
The only people who will be concerned by disruption and bad publicity are the shareholders - they own the company ! Thats why i previously mentioned the AGM next week. Bad publicity lowers the share price, lower share price and the shareholders money is less, and they will NOT like that. If the shareholders realise that all in the garden is not rosey then they can make Mr Crook accountable for his management systems. Any shareholder can go into the meeting - think you need your share cert - and can raise any question you like. If any one has shares you can attend.
How is Mr Crook accounting for the fines to us reps in providents accounts ? maybe he is offsetting the customer debt levels to make them appear better than what they really are - to keep the shareholders sweet ! We have all heard the stories of Cattles and the false debt figures ? lets hope history is not about to repeat itself.0 -
They cant sack you for freedom of speach !!
Get enough response on facebook it could hit the news more bad publicity for the company !!:T0 -
Believe me Provi's " Competion Companies" are waiting open armed for agents to defect and take all their Quality Customers with them. Give them a call youselves and find out. No reference needed as they know whats going on !!!!!!!0

To all the provident agents posting on here this is a public forum and anyone can contribute to this thread.
Thanks Scooby088,
This lot on here seems to a bit inept and do not understand the word forum as do the rest of us that do post on here quite often.
I also think as do a lot of others that they cannot grasp the fact that out of a 100 users on here there are perhaps one that cares what they have to say.
I suggest they all shut up and go somewhere else as there wining is getting a bit monotonous.0 -
