There's so many faults to this system of which we have absolutely no control over, this week for example I'm being stung for one who no longer lives on my round. I'd forwarded the new address correctly (which should have taken her off my round) but 6 weeks later, she's STILL on my clip, it's been mentioned to my DM several times to no avail, why the hell do 'I' get punished? Another, some !!!!!! runner put on (they just appeared in my clip), I've haven't seen this guy yet I've been calling 3-4 times a week never to get an answer and the supplied telephone number is dead. Turned up at this house last week to find it all boarded up, apparently he's been evicted, this week, £15 for that thank Mr B!!!! Just sent my DM a text saying If they're still in my clip next week, stick it! If I get stung because I haven't done my best, fair comment, but to be beaten for something I've not done or have no control over, no thanks, enough is enough.

Judging by the agents i have spoken too , only 25% are unhappy and Mr Crook will settle for that.

He may be able to except that but where the hell does your figure come from? Every one (100%) I've spoke to is seriously disillusioned and aggrieved by this system!
  • If your UTR is already in the top stage pot before the system started you will not be charged.
  • 11,000 agents so where are they all complaining then ?

Yep, that's what I was told too, still been stung for it though!!! Hence my annoyance
  • How many of your customers have debit cards ? how much could a call centre or your managers collect phoning YOUR customers ? think about it before you act.

Its not unfortunately, plus i didnt even sign him up which adds insult to injury. I understand every aspect of the arrears staging to the point where dm's even ask me! I know some wins are not shown but ive been through my clip with a fine toothed comb and I know I'll lose this week. Ive spoken to most agents in my branch and only one thinks its ok. One out of the 40 ive phoned is not a great percentage. i have a couple of ideas that would make deductions less hard hitting and more gradual but they are not perfect. but then again neither are alot of things we have to contend with, so maybe i should send an email of my suggestions, you never know.
  • Did your AM launch it to you ?

A valid point I dare say on many rounds, on my round? Good luck to 'em, they'll be getting a bloody sight less than I collect that's for certain. You cannot pigeon hole the whole structure based on your obviously blinkered view of it. If only life was so black and white as you perceive, ohhh what a nice place you must live in
