people of provident come on don't drag your feet, don't let them get the better of us,we are the most important part to the company(apart from the customer)without us there would be no provident, any DM will tell you the same but they cant help, it up to us! so get the mobile numbers off you DMs to a couple of agents, then tell that agent to do the same pass the message on most of the agents would love something done but are afraid to open there mouths because they don't want to be the only one, let them know there not! , arrange a meeting a time and date, pass the message round then we can all come up with a game plan,

I think not chuck, or if it was as bad as you make out i dont think we would have lasted as long as we have, you have no argument on this matter so go back to you office chair, obviously you work in an office or you a dole dosser, more like a dole dosser, how else would you find time to comment on here, on matters that do not concern you, or do you get off on trying to wind people up,ITS NOT ABOUT THE LENDING ITS ABOUT OUR PAY STRUCTURE, so how the hell can you comment lmfao

Actualy I am neither on the dole nor claim any benefits of any sort and do not swivel in an office chair all day !

I just think you lot need to grow up and get with the the picture and I hope they sack you all.

It is nothing to with me borrowing as stated I never have nor will do.

I just think you are mere crustacians of the sea that feed on the bottom and ply your dubious sales patter to reel hard up people in and then scavange what ever you can.

believe me pal , i won't be losing my home :rotfl: , i own it outright , and i have a full-time job as well which i may add earns me a tidy sum, your ignorance is astounding , if you think the agents come up with these charges on their own just of the top of their head you a even more stupid than you sound, i mean 100 loan 500 interest , where did you pull that from:rotfl: , as for belittling you , its not that hard really.
Why are you even posting here , it doesn't concern you so why not just keep quiet , oh wait ........... It must concern you , go on tell us how much did you borrow and how long into the agreement did you stop paying?

do you understand english, i have never had a loan nor will with you crooks

Did learn that in your sales classes
  • i to am a long serving provident agent, and am disgusted at the way that provident treat there agents and think they can get away with it . i just like alot of other agents am due to loose money this week and probably every week to come.
How do the people who come up with these stupid idea’s expect us to get money out of customers who obviously either can’t afford to pay or in some cases just refuse to pay.
it was bad enough when the agents got charged when a customer got sent to head office for debt recovery but this is even worse.
why not charge the customer instead of the agent who is trying there hardest to make an honest living.

also a agent for greenwood ,had my weekly charge this week of £110, 33% of my wage. This idea is stupid it seems we spend more time knocking on doors to try and collect £1,to avoid a £10 charge counter productive as you may miss 10 customers just to avoid a fine, also in our office we have had a canvasser he puts about 20 new doors a week on certain rounds gets paid and the agent is left to foot the charges,Also if any customers pass away and we are unable to obtain a death certificate yet again another charge £15
