    Heres hoping !

I bet this is another tramp who borrowed of provident and thinks it's fine to just stop paying , and as for getting a proper job , a lot of agents do this part time , a wee bit of pocket money if you will , if people don't like the interest charges don't borrow , simples , and another thing , it's been mentioned about thieves etc being agents , does that not happen in the banks etc , Barings bank , and who do think got the whole world into the situation it's in at the minute . Certainly not a provident agent.

Thank you again yet another mature provident thiev shouting and screaming and you vent your anger how, by attempting to belittle me.

I most certainly would not have not and by any means never consider using a service that charges such a high interest fee that is just so wrong, I mean come on now how can you guys justify someone whom borrows £100.00 and pays back about £500.00 with the charges.

Like I said stop raping members of the publics wallets and purses and go out and get proper jobs and quit with your bloody wining as I can assure whilst you may have a simpathetic few people on here the vast majority of people on this forum do not care if you lose your jobs and homes.

hey crazyguy sooooo glad you have an opinion but dont comment on something you no nothing about! if you have had bad experiences with provident then thats, that agents fault not all of us are like that, if you have never been an agent or out to see what type of people we lend to then you no nothing again, most of the people we collect off, lend too NEED it, not for beer n cigs like you think!, they mite have a birthday coming up and dont want to let there child, children down, we do our job and ask CAN YOU AFFORD IT? if they say yes what can we do? we do not have the power to ask for bank statements proof of income, we could but what would you say if your were asked for that type of information? we can only go on there payment past, and even then if they cant afford it we don't argue we just arrange a payment that they can afford, so what ever you say were not as bad as you think, its the fat cats above the gaffers that sit on there !!!!'s that need to here that type of criticism, i would love to go out and get one of these jobs you keep on about but, THERE IS NONE!!!!!!, HAVE YOU NOT SEEN HOW BAD THE UNEMPLOYMENT IS? why should i give up my job and scrounge off the state, our argument is with provident not anyone else!

You are not looking hard enough then as there are jobs for those who want them and failing that then retrain in something else and as not knowing anything about this I suggest you read my first post here and see that I sure as hell no what go's on with you guys and your underhand tactics.

Has anyone any idea who we could complain to about these fines?. Is there an e-mail address for the person at the top of the company that we could all write to and voice our concerns?.I feel it's not much good going to our DMs as whether they agree with this new structure or not, they aren't high enough in the ladder to do anything to get this overturned. Maybe ACAS could help? TBH, I don't know where to turn for support and don't want to end up working for nothing. We are too isolated in our individual offices to make a difference we need to band as as whole group to try and shame the fat cats and have this new pay structure stopped.
we can keep going around like this for weeks but no one can help us we have to make a stand ourselves ACAS only help the employed, because were self employed its harder, why do you think provi only have self employed agents, they think we wont do anything,i will say it again we all need to meet up say wot needs to be said and arrange action NOW! before more agents walk out

Believe me pal , I won't be losing my home :rotfl: , I own it outright , and I have a full-time job as well which I may add earns me a tidy sum, your ignorance is astounding , if you think the agents come up with these charges on their own just of the top of their head you a even more stupid than you sound, I mean 100 loan 500 interest , where did you pull that from:rotfl: , as for belittling you , its not that hard really.
Why are you even posting here , it doesn't concern you so why not just keep quiet , oh wait ........... It must concern you , go on tell us how much did you borrow and how long into the agreement did you stop paying?
