I am sick of this waiting. I still have to get 100% guarantee that the mortgage offer will be honoured, from 1st National as the crappy Halifax previously relenting on there mortgage offer which I got from my broker.I already had a mortgage with Halifax for 17 years never missed a payment, they suck, I shall be glad to get rid of them and they charge me for the privalege of £250 I think tahts right.
Survey was paid for over 2 weeks ago and was done last Friday but haven't had the report. My boiler in my house that was fitted in March by warmfront hasn't got a guarantee and when I rang them they said they had given me one, that cant send me a copy and solicitors needs it for our buyers.
I still havent had a survey on my house from my buyers, the BS told them theres a two week delay than normally, so God knows when.0
