Hi Lynz, we are exchanging today as well! I'm not TOO nervous yet. Had a call from her just an hour ago saying that vendor's solicitor is not returning call. :mad: Have called the EA to ensure they give the vendor's solicitor a kick up the back... The vendor's solicitor has been really c*** from day 1! Good luck! I will be keeping an eye on this thread...

UIve heard nada from my sol, depsite me calling at 9.05 and just before - 11.30 ish

I hope its all happening.......... cant bear another few days like this LOL

Just got the call, well..... my bf (who is at work did) she was supposed to be calling my mobile!!! oh well, i can go and get the keys soooooooooo exciting!!

I've heard nothing either... Tell me about it! I haven't slept well since this whole kerfuffle started and I can't cope with many more days of coming to work tired like this... However, the EA ensured me the exchange WILL take place today. Mind you, it's 30th November so I imagine she wants her commission for Christmas! So at least I feel re-assured in that sense.
