  • Hi GAP, glad to hear things are going well with Mr G, the break next week will probably do you good, I quite like star shaped in the bed if Mr Itsa is away.

I love body shop products and I think if you can keep the parties coming in, you could do really well at it. And you get an amazing kit that you get to keep :D In the run up to Christmas as well it could be good, or at least you could get presents for people at a discounted price :)

I'm loving the kit(s), Itsa. If I fail miserably, at least I have tried and I know I will have done my best. I know that body shop is amazing and I know that, no matter what, I will always love body shop products. I sometimes find them expensive but i know they will do the job I want. I can't help it, I just love them :D:D:D

Most people dropped out of the party on Friday. The only people who made it were Gap-Mum, Gap-Sis, friend (who was hosting) and friend's neighbour. I used it as a learning experience and right away I discovered things I needed to improve on and things I needed to research more. Total sales were £85 and total I walked walked away with was £14.63. Not a huge start but I'm sure it will get better.

    £1.30 to PAD today.

Mr G and SLM are away today until Friday for a holiday. They are away to C Parcs in Penrith. I am looking forward to the peace!

LM's birthday on Thursday. Got her present yesterday so don't have to worry any more about that.

    That's about it today.

    Miserable Monday :(

Whole bed to myself last night :D Didn't sleep like a star as expected but did sleep diagonally and didn't wake up during the night! Thinking I might get an even better sleep tonight.

    £1.30 to PAD today.

Going to Gap-Parents for tea :)

Been MIA for a few days. It was LM's birthday on Thursday so I took two days off work and we had some fun. Unfortunately the fun was paid for with the CC but I will use November's maintenance to pay that off.

Only PADded £5 :o I even had to borrow money out of my PAD box :eek: towards the disco (LM and her friend are having a joint birthday party on Saturday night, a disco at the local community centre) but very kind Gap-Parents had saved some money over the year to put towards her party so they gave me that and I was able to pay back my PAD box, phew!

Salary cheques to go in the bank today so will clear on Friday.

Well I have decided to go for it and pay off the loan in December. I bravely changed my sig to show that my aim was April but I have enough in my emergency fund to cover just over half of it and I pay some money to a separate account so by December I should have enough to pay it off. I have a rough idea of the settlement figure but I will phone to confirm in December. I am excited but nervous at the same time. I can only hope that my health stays good so that I can build my emergency fund back up quickly. It means Christmas will be tight again but also means next Christmas will be good and a holiday may be possible next year. I can't lose focus before December though and I will have to PAD hard. After December all my PADs will be savings!! :j

    Two days until payday

Thanks mrsb :) I feel quite nervous about it as I like to have the emergency fund in case anything happens. I don't always keep good health and SSP is just not enough to live off. However, it is really the last tie I have to my rubbish past so I am desperate to get rid of it and I want to properly start planning a good future.

£1.30 to PAD today (so much for hard PADding :rotfl:)

I am really cold today. Boss isn't going out until 12 so can't put the heater on until then :(
