Thanks mummy. As I say, I am a little nervous.

£2 PAD today. Today is payday but I have already requested the emergency funds from the account I keep them in (3 days notice required) so I will receive them on Monday. I am holding off to do a big PAD then. Then just have to wait until December to get a redemption statement and then withdraw funds from yet another (secret) account to pay off the loan once and for all.

The sun is shining here but it is cold

  • Gap I think that is brilliant that you are bringing the date forward by 4 months. I have full faith in you that you CAN do this and I will be thinking "no poorliness" thoughts. Would be lovely for you and Little Miss G to have a holiday next year :D

I have succumbed and put the heating on, but it is quite warm today so I am wishing I had held off for a bit longer - although it is expected that we are getting the snow that is in America I think. Did Mr G have a nice break away?

Have you had anymore body shop parties?
    Just keep swimming!

    Thank you :)

My original DFD was March 2013 so I am very pleased with myself. Like I keep saying, if I had discovered PAD earlier then I could have had it paid off long before now! The inspiration and support from the PAD members is fantastic.

I have put the heating on twice to warm the house up but I keep switching it off again. Not ready to have it on properly yet. I'm not sure what to believe when it comes to the weather. We were supposed to have snow in October. Yesterday was mild

Mr G and SLM had a good time away. He said it was expensive though. I look forward to the day when LM and I can get away. Will be next year for definite, I am determined!!

No further PADs today. Start again tomorrow back at the old £1 odds :D

My next Body Shop party is 18th November. Gap-sis is having it for me. Hopefully will do well out of that.

Thanks for popping in mummy :)

I am now sub £1k :j Just £860 to go! I have already PADded £55.60 this month so far and I have money in another account (which I can't withdraw from until next month) ready for settling the loan after the next loan payment comes off. I was so nervous when I withdrew the money from my emergency fund but I now feel quite calm about it.

Have done some christmas shopping so feeling ok about that too.

Woke up on Saturday morning absolutely choked with the cold :( It has finally reached me in Edinburgh.

Well I seem to be over the manflu I had :o Just that nippy nasal voice left now, hopefully will be gone soon.

    £2.50 to PAD today.

Up to £20.20 with OnePoll but not been doing much on the other surveys.

I have joined the £12K in 2012 challenge but I am aiming for £8k as it is more realistic for me. I have set up new financial goals ready for 2012 but I will reveal them nearer the time (in my shiny new signature when it comes!! :D)

The cc has slowly been creeping up again but I have now noticed this and caught it before it becomes out of control. I have got it down to £140 (it went to £300 odd ) and I should have it cleared with the loan in December (I still pay off the full amount each month so no interest on it).

Tons of work to do so better get on.

    I hope so mrsb.

I really have worked so hard to get to the stage I am at in my life. My signature mentions my loan but it doesn't mention all the store cards, cc's, catalogue accounts, etc that I have had. It doesn't mention that I have nearly been bankrupt twice. There is so much more to my story but I just don't want to bore people more than I have already!

    I am excited.
