watch out for the tuna as tescos were changing all their offers tonight and tuna was 3 tins for £3 so did not pick them up.
  • Thanks nat21luv :o

I haven't really posted much due to the fact I work all day and it then takes me the whole evening to catch up (as I say to DH only 18 pages left... on 40 posts per page...) Anyhoo!

Thank you all so much for your input, I love DTD and have a stock of supplies, my local supervisor is an ex pupil who obviously recognises me alot which is making life harder... but I keep on trucking :D

Looking forward to holidays next week and I may even be able to contribute a little more (although as things stand may not get my usual "holiday" jobs done!)

    And while I'm here

Moonie - we all have our own opinions, sssh about yours I already understand your POV I don't need it repeated

Stebiz, tara, scotsgirl, garwood (where is he after the horror of thread 3 starting?), jodie+matt, golfpower, lalamb, emerald starcat, globetraveller and all the other regulars who I have no doubt missed in the swirls of posts Thank You for your hard work and general good cheer

    Long may DTD continue :p

have had the same problem in my local shop in shoreham by sea. I have gone strait to sir terry ( now replaced) and the next time they apologised but follow me around the store almost everytime I am there. I play a game with them where I go one way see them follow me and go back on myself and start asking them questions. It really shocks them and they don't like it. I also sometimes ask them if they like to do my shopping instead so that I can get a coffee next door. Every time I get followed I report it too terry and to be fair it hasn't happened now for a while. Ones I had 8 staff following me around the store as I was buying lots of toys when they had the buy 3 get cheapest free deal just before Xmas. Had my trolly full of them so they thought I was doing a DTD shop. They run around like headless chickens when I get to the checkout just to see what I have in the trolly and they run around the shop to see if the SEL are correct before I pay. They are waisting there time on me as I just get a third party do the DTD in that shop now a days. .
Just report them and let them watch you if they want. We are not doing anything wrong.

Thanks I needed that, Maybe you know were to complain because CS on the phone was nice but not sure they will call back for apoligy.
And I want to make sure from them that I havn't done anything wrong here as I was normaly shoping.:money:

Also, the wetwipes are really useful for cleaning your hands before eating. You have to be super strict when eating as it is so easy to get food poisioning in the Middle East - I have served there so I know.

'I have served there so I know'

This is why im running for Help For Heroes ;) :A
    £20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**

I bought this tonight and it was £4.50 on the shelf i wonder if it is changing tomorrow and your store was too ealrly with changing SEL.

I think thay forgot to take old ones before it went back to 4.50.
So u can imagine how many peoples were overcharged in 1 day or even 2 and the price tag is still on.
Because if the overpriced tag found they remove it and shelf stays with no price for a while.
If you spot something wrong in priceing , because i shop in 3 Tescos I know the price , so actually they can blame they staff who resposible for they shelf prices.
As me as a customer spoted the fault can buy full trolley if I want and get DTD as per they policy.
Why did I need so many same items?
Stupid question because the price is low that is my answer.
P.s Maybe you have more in storege?:rotfl:
