    Plan for today:
    [STRIKE]hoover and tidy LR (won't take long)[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]freeze chicken fillets
    [/STRIKE]re-make beds
    [STRIKE]sort through dry laundry[/STRIKE]
    do stuff from lists
    HW with DS2
do car stuff (this is a MUST)

DS2 and I were in a lousy mood when I came back from work, so we went for a long walk through woods covered in bluebells. It was a bit of an adventure, as I didn't remember the way too clearly, and we loved it. Finished off in the next village as planned, looking around the garden centre pet shop and spending time on the playground. We caught the bus back to where I parked the car and he's now playing happily in the bath and I've started tea. I'll probably do some school stuff later, but feel tired at the moment.

Hope everyone else has had a good day. x

Sounds lovely MrsChaos, must go and look for bluebells this weekend.

I have propped SS1s bedroom door open and am encouraging old and incontinent cat to sleep in there. Does this make me a bad person?

DW filled so that is an advance.

    Evening, Flyfriends.

    Right, before I forget:

Somewhat late Happy Brithday to Irchy and Jenny

And the very happiest of birthdays for tomorrow to LadyL.

Right, that's the important stuff done.:D

I'm sooo glad I did the spare room early this week; I'd have had no time at all today. Anyways, we've been to Newport Pagnell and got my new batteries, Mr LW has put them in the housing thingy, and they're charging, so if the weather's nice, we may, time also allowing, get a trundle out on Sunday afternoon. It'd be good if we can, as I'll need something to calm me down after the file handover meeting.

Oh, how about this for sneaking one in under the wire? District Manager lady emailed to ask for my postcode; she had some paperwork, but was at work without her address book, and couldn't remember it. I said why not give it to me Sunday, save posting it, oh, and remember to weed out the area I'm giving up.:o

Today, said paperwork arrived in the mail - and blow me if three quarters of it wasn't for the area I'm giving up!!

Oh well, I've done it, so everything's up to date and squeaky clean as it can possibly be.:p

I desperately want a quiet day tomorrow - we're out to the Opera in the evening, and I'd like to have sufficient spoons left to be able to enjoy it. I suspect it'll be scratting around to get jobs done though, specially as we'll lose a couple of hours with this damned meeting on Sunday. *rolleyes*

Oh yes, and the latest wheeze.... after all that kerfuffle about we have to go to a child-friendly pub...... we're now going to meet in the pub I originally suggested, right at the very start! (DM's latest decision, yesterday afternoon). Talk about running around in circles!:rotfl:

Oh I didn't think they would be out yet, must go look too although rather busy this weekend.

Mrs Chaos glad you were proactive rather than spiral into a row at home :D

PenPen long time no see, hope you are ok

Polly glad the kitchen is coming along

    Got the washing in
    Put the DW on
    baked 2 cakes
    filled in 2 forms

Not a lot but did fit in chatting to my friend for 4 hours :D

Time to see if dinner is ready.

    Baloo's washing all dry..
2 loads of white stuff in
    1 load in TD
    Girls all in bed

I am mean and hate everyone apparently.. because I made the girls pick up the dirty laundry off their bedroom floor before I let them go to bed.. DD3 has a huge pile to put away as well.. What they don't realise is that by the end of next week they will have tidied their whole room and vacuumed it and sorted ALL their clothes.. i am so sick of the mess.

I don't quite know what to do with their outgrown stuff tbh. it is a waste of time trying to ebay it as it goes for pennies and the buyers try ripping you off or just don't pay.. might try netmums actually.. I shifted a couple of binbags on there while having Squeak last year.. £20 a binbag it went for so I guess that isn't too bad.. I want £250+ for Squeaks new car seat..

    And todays big news...

    SQUEAK HAS A TOOTH!!!!!!!!!!

large list of things to do for school, just cant get motivated, want to sleep all of the time :(

    Know that feeling :(

Bad back and grouchy children (who are more than ready to return to school as well) plus 3 quotes arrived from different builders to rebuild 8 foot garden wall at back of house - cheapest is £2600! So going to sell ds and dd is offering to sell her nintendo ds, dh said he'll go on the game but that would cost us as we'd end up paying people:p Looks the bank of m-i-l might have to be approached for a loan:(.

On the up side the house should end up spotless cos we won't have any money to go out and spend so will have to do housework for fun - woohoo:rotfl:
