Thanks for all your replies - it was £14 so up £2. I'm going to see how I feel doing the downstairs myself in a few weeks time - they usually come about every 5-6 weeks. He is very friendly but it seems so much. They do an ok job, not brilliant but ok. I might do as you suggest piggers and see what they would charge for upstairs, windows might open enough to do them sitting on the sill.

    Washing on the line
    DS1 cricket shoes sorted
DS3 had to order so might just get him trainers

Off to bake a cake or two now. Kids are counting the sealed pot (20ps) which was full. It was a couple of hundred quid last time. They are also checking for coins without a date just in case we got lucky.

Lady Liberty how lovely to have a present from Diva see she's not gone we just can't see her right now. Hoping you have a wonderful, pain free day full of spoons tomorrow.

Loads of buns made here. Rhys is in a crappy mood now and hubby has !!!!!!ed off, eventho he'll be cutting it fine getting back for the school run and add to this we're broke and he's away on a 70 mile round trip.......:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: wasting fuel that i need for the weekend to get the kids to there things.

Right i'm gonna try again to get Rhys down and i'll go sort clothes for tonight. Need to make sandwiches for tonight as well at some point.

Piggers i don't blame ya for hating them. I asked for a referral for DS3 about his eyes, it took ages to come through. Then they said he was too wriggly and couldn't see if he had a squint and would see him again in a couple of months, that was a year ago. Letter out this week for him to go in next, bit late now i don't see a squint anymore.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Greenbee~# don't tempt me to ebay the cement mixer, anyway it is now on my neighbour's drive and being used by a young hunky builder, why it is builders wander around without their shirts on, ?

Pigpen~ go and have something to eat!

WM is on, OH (who is off today) has been left with instructions, to check on it in 1 hour, empty washing into a basket and put the next load & power in & start and leave..................when I get home later hopefully I can put both loads out on the line!

Found another local Saturday carboot, so going to give that a go tomorrow, I am on a mission to sell out of 'items of interest', but still haven't raided the loft for more items yet.

    Plan for today:
    hoover and [STRIKE]tidy LR[/STRIKE] (won't take long)
    freeze chicken fillets
    re-make beds
    sort through dry laundry
[STRIKE]spend a couple of hours or so at school[/STRIKE]
    do stuff from lists
    HW with DS2
do car stuff (this is a MUST)

Reminding myself how much work there is to do for school has kind of deflated me. DS2 is in an awkward mood and I think I need to feed him lunch and take him somewhere to run around so he can have an early night and get back into a better rhythm. Sorting the back yard/garden out would do it, but it's a chilly and grey day and my list too full of things I need to do. It's supposed to be warmer and sunnier from Sunday, so the outside will have to wait.

Lunch first, a HHC or two of the most urgent jobs and then we may go for a walk.
