My home is a mess

I know what you mean. I must have dozens of them and lever arch files. If that`s the case why do I have so many pieces of paper lying around not filed.
Will definately make a start on clearing some of them today. It`s a lot of old work filing which I don`t refer to any more. Can reuse the back of the notes as scrap paper.
I will then be left with thousands of plastic wallets. What can I do with them?
I will plan 30 mins of each work day into sorting out my old files, drawers and desktop.
Haven`t done much cleaning or decluttering but have managed to keep up with washing and ironing.
I am a slug hunt in the kitchen today. Got up this morning and found a snail trail on the mat.
Our cat has a habit of sleeping amongst the plants in the garden. There are lots of slugs and snails hidden in there. I can only think that she may have bought it in the house with her.
Had the same problem last year was finding them for weeks.
Have a good day everyoneIf you mean those A4 plastic sleeves which go in ringbinders, I'd say keep some them for recipes etc but if the quantity is utterly ridiculous, I bet someone would be pleased to have them via Freecycle. HTH.
Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

I'm having a break at the minute to let the bicarb and vinegar really do thier work on some grease at the top of the cupboards. I have started cleaning the walls (hence noticing the grease on top of cupboards ). I have a headache as well so took some tabs and will wait for them to work before starting again.

Rigsby - I have a headache too - black clouds are arriving so maybe a storm is brewing!!
Been out in the garden and potted on the peas into buckets - the ones at my lottie are struggling so we decided to do the Peas at home this year, I used cheap buckets that we bought last year [DH had drilled holes in the bottoms of them for drainage]
Also decluttered the Garden so thats now the tidiest place here!!
My bathroom is still looking good and its so easy to clean now
I have a lot of washing and then ironing to do so plan for the rest of the day is to crack on with that - will have to use the tumbler though if it does rain here
Hart - hope you aren't in too much pain - now sit down and finish that coffee lol
GreyQueen - I'd freecycle most of them after keeping some back for your own use
See you all later

I see you are not far from me helen jelly, we had a little rain a couple hours ago, don't know if you did up in MK? There may well be a storm brewing, but as yet all my animals are not acting to strange so hopfully there won't be a one in progress.
Just realised why i was hungry, i hadn't had lunch:eek:, so i got a quick something and tea, then will start the kitchen again. The headache tabs worked so i have no excuse not to start again.

Well, I think any thoughts of doing the housework is going to be going out of the window for the next few days. I'm in love! His name is Sebastian and he's our first cockerel.
Click here to meet Sebastian and some of our girls.
He's a Silver Sebright which is a bantam breed, so he's very small. He has a wife who we've named Belle.
And Thank You for that link, it got me to the Hitchhiker's guide to the Daleks which made me:rotfl::rotfl:‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
