    Morning.

A new day and the sun has it's hat on this morning here. :)

1st hour, A coffee in the garden, recycling done and cups put in to the kitchen.
2nd hour, Around a 3rd of the dishes done. You would think we were an army the amount of dishes we have created in two days. I don't think there is much left clean in the cupboards.:o
3rd hour, Kitchen finished in two rounds. Worktops done and hob cleaned.

Not downloaded it yet but there's a free (probably just for today) decluttering book on Amazon.

It's the Kindle edition so no need to add to your book shelf clutter (and if you don't have a kindle you can still get it using the PC for Kindle download).

    Hope someone finds this useful

Soworried glad your having a much better day today :T. Did you read anything good? I can't believe how well your doing you have the right attitude :)

Cat sorry your still ill sweetie hope it clears up soon. I would love to have seen their faces when you said that to them! Good on you.

Bearcub & YL glad I'm not the only one with fur issues. It's EVERYWHERE!!:( The cat's (7) love curling up in warm washing and my HM doesn't seem to grasp the concept of putting washing away once he takes it out of the tumble dryer so they loooove him! They also like to sleep on the beds. The two dogs are huskys and they shed like crazy so my sofa throws are covered (even though they are NOT allowed on the sofa ) As I said in another post fur is a condiment in my house lol.

Duchy thanks for the tip I'll have a look at that tonight.

OK the bedspread is still covered in dog hair, in fact its really quite disgusting. Before long it will be white instead of blue.

I am sitting here staring at some paperwork that needs doing for my voluntary job. I just cannot motivate myself to actually get on with it.

And the kitchen needs hoovering - dog hairs again.

We have no milk and I must take the empty plastic bottles to the recycling bin.

So why am I browsing about on the internet and reading stuff on here. Someone give me a kick up the backside please!!!!

    morning fellow messies :-)

    ooops make that afternoon lol
anyway again more bad news from uni still not able to resit year 2, its really sadly looking like i may have to leave. but tbh leaving doesn't bother me as ive had my problems since early on with this course.
also trying to find and decide on buying crutches, i feel there are days i need them but then don't want to be looked at as if im faking something as i look health but if you look closely im not walking properly and im most likely grimacing, im one for hiding how im really feeling.

anyway today im looking at getting the huge pile of clean washing put away, i seem to have a mad day or 2 of getting wash loads done but never get time from then to put it all away so i just check it infront of my wardrobe lol so i best gt of the computer and get back to it i guess urgh lol

sees ya later messies :-) xx

  • Morning all!
Thanks Bearcub & Soworried. Cat - what a fiasco trying to get a new washing machine! You`ll probably find a better firm to supply and deliver it properly now that you`ve told this lot where to go! Hope your cold gets better soon.xx
Re dog-hair : of course it`s a condiment. OH says he is quite sure that there are even some Daftie-dog hairs on the moon now, and that very soon there`ll be some on Mars....

Sorry about my whinge yesterday. Much happened since my last post here -
I gave up trying to get through to physio dept, and phoned ward to speak to our ward physio - he (STAR!) said he`d take my details in when he went back to the dept yesterday afternoon...he did, and then they rang me with a cancellation - for 2pm today. I said I wasn`t sure if I`d be able to get off the ward today to keep it, but they said they`d book me in anyway otherwise it`d be about 3 weeks...then I rang ward again to see if there`d be enough staff today for me to go - colleague who answered the phone said SHE was just about to ring ME, to ask if I`d swop a shift with her - she`d do my shift today if I could cover her late tomorrow & Saturday morning! (birthday party she wants to go to!) So that was just perfect for both of us.
So I`m off to physio in a bit...
Also last night DS managed to insert some of the new parts (don`t ask!!!) into the dismembered corpse of my computer, and it`s now running like a dream! Some bits are different, so not got used to it properly yet, and there`s still wires everywhere and a couple more parts he`s going to change.
    Things are looking up...
Drags self off to go to physio appt...

That is good news Emm. :) I hope it helps you. x

Thankyou Faith, I just read MSE most of the day. :p

I am feeling a lot stronger today, I just went in to town with my daughter for a few hours and treat her to an outfit. No panic attack. :j

YL, I'll start again if you will? Come on, we can do something small together? x :)
