    Hi all

Just finished for the day phew! Been on the go since 7am finished main job at 5 got home at 6 then checked dogs & cats had water showered changed went to 2nd job lucky only a 7-10:30 shift tonight :T

Got home put rubbish out (9 black sacks). Hate rubbish night my neighbours have 1 or 2 bags i have LOADS  My excuse is with all the animals that's 4 tins a night and 2 black sacks each time I change the trays so it soon mounts up. Two of the cats decided to go out so tried to get them in that took forever. I swear they were ganging up on me!

Feed all the animals (a mission in itself) Did the trays and now having a rest waiting for OH to get in.

(little off topic now) Had a right night of it tonight some people can be so rude they don't seem to appreciate I only have two pairs of hands I can't bring out their mains plus sides all at once the plates are too heavy (we have those cast iron skillets :( ) Also why do people not bring their glasses back when they go back to the bar to get more. One table had 30 glasses on their table.

Found out my OH's day off has been cancelled AGAIN! We haven't had a day off together now in 6 weeks. We hardly see each other and it's making me miserable. Worst still he gets paid the same if he does 45 hours or 120 so it's not like we even have anything to show for all the time apart.

Sorry for the rant there but as I said it's been one of THOSE nights.

Fuddle & Snookey your dogs sound lovely. We had a collie years ago and she was mental. Just had the most random moments. My two now aren't much better. Took dogs out v.late last night & my little boy Codey decided he didnt like this lion statue he saw so thought he would attack it. Result one husky with a bruised ego and a sore nose. IDIOT!

spilt a plant in the bedroom today and that is a sin a definite no-no for me, so for that reason, the hoover had to come out (again! only did it the other day!) but i had to empty it (dyson upright) but took an age working out how to do it (you can tell i don't empty that often, despite it being full over a month ago!) when i did prise it off the main hoover, i duly ended up cleaning the whole hoover with the brush attachment (wow, lots of determination there!) Whilst i hoovered up the excess soil on the carpet, bookcase, thought i best do the rest of the room too and the spare room! and the dresser as well. by which then, i had to declutter that and half of the contents went straight to the bin.. so pleased with myself. next thing, window cleaner on the mirror soon...

And because it leads to all that extra work, that is the reason why I would learn to live with the sin instead :rotfl: Well done you for getting stuck in and doing it all. :T OH has rejected my dyson in favour of Henry, so he gets the job of changing the bag once henry's tummy is full :rotfl:

welcome wouldbeqaulitymoneysaver - its never too late. Well, maybe if you've become primo-number-one flylady with an immaculate house, in which case it is too late to declare yourself messy! But if you're messy like the rest of us, pull up a chair, swipe the carp off it onto the floor and join in ;)

It's too nice today to do anything except lap it up! Well I will put the washing away but that is it! Party at mine tomorrow but apart from hoovering the floors I figured everyone could just deal with the rest of it haha.
I did tidy up a towel from the bathroom this morning but then I wrapped it round my shoulders - for today is Towel Day! Wearing your towel with pride in commemoration of the death of Douglas Adams. Going food shopping later could be interesting!

Confession time. There is lots of fluff under the radiator in the bathroom. I noticed it on Monday. Every time I use the loo I look at it and think -must hoover that up. The skirting boards in our bedroom are disgusting and the kitchen floor really needs mopping.

What have I done today? Taken DS for a bike ride and a picnic. Housework? Nope none at all. Do I care? Err no. Sorry fellow messies just feeling a bit like that today, normal guilty feelings will probably be resumed tomorrow.

Hope everyone is looking forward to a nice sunny weekend! Make the most of it I say.

Yorkshire lass talking about fluff, we have multitudes of hanging fluff on the bathroom ceiling. I noticed it yesterday. I do bleach the bathroom but hardly ever look at the ceiling. As a testament to my cleaning its still there, lol.
Iv been to the shops with my dad but thats all Iv done apart from the tea.
Feeling weak due to my stomach being upset over the last few days.
Oh has cleaned the family room and son the kitchen so thats been a help.

Take care everyone and keep aiming for domestic goddess status.:D

Another fluff problem here... the extractor fan has a fair bit hanging off. I look at it nightly but never even make he effort to waft it off. The hoover nozzle would have it in a jiffy too. Deary me.

I have hardly done a thing re: housewoork either these past few days. We too have been to the park, played at friends houses, padling pool, long dog walks. It's been lovely. Makes a change from being miserable with a messy house - nice to be happy in a messy house!

No guilt here just annoyance that it's spiralled quickly and I've a lot of work ahead of me .
