Glad the op went well jacci and you're not in as much pain today xx Fingers crossed the surgeon's opinion will be confirmed in March - I think they must see so many it's extremely unlikely he'd be wrong :)

aargh the last people in this flat made such a hash of the bathroom, no matter how hard we try we can't get this wooden panel off without smashing it. So I'm turning off the water and hoping for the best, currently on !!!!!!!g hold to the Housing Association.

eta they're coming tonight, went downstairs to tell them and let them know they'd probably want to come in theirs too and nobody's in!

Poor Cat! Everything seems to be fighting you atm, doesn't it? Good that you've been able to contact the HA, though. Hope the neighbours get back soon.

Glad the op went well, jacci, and I'll be sending 'good vibes' your way into March!

He will know his stuff Jacci :) But I also know that in the back of your mind there is probably a tiny, niggling doubt so roll on March to take that weight off your mind ((Hugs))

Oh - on a more trivial note, in the middle of all the bath fiasco, the Really Really Bad Messy's worst nightmare happened - blinkin' meter reader man turned up! Gas meter involves going through the hall and living room which would make Kim and Aggie:eek: I forgot GQ's advice about pretending I was a lodger and just thought s*d it and let him in.:o

really need to do some tumbly drying, but i need to put the pipe out the window ... no way am i opening my window, its freezing here, put the last of the little money i had, onto the gas card ... so at least we can be nice and warm indoors, got plenty of food too so should be ok :) gonna spend the weekend indoors making comfort food with the heating on full blast :)

washed all my dishes, cleaned kitchen windowsill, and the area around the sink :)
bathed ds, fed him and hes in bed fast asleep with his little microwavable lavender bee :)

Jaqui fingers crossed although I doubt you will need it. Kitty how has your wardrobe gone mouldy?.
    Hope your mouth heals soon.
Cat we had a leak in our bathroom yesterday. The stupid insulation guys had not secured the rock wool and it fell into the tank. Water was pouring through the light . Its a good job its a wet room.
Cat I cant believe they have gone out with water leaking. Hope its sorted soon.
Thanks everyone for the good wishes re the dog.

Dog has settled more today. Put him in the crate overnight and was up at 4.30 to take him for a wee. Has been walked at eight and three . OH will be taking him out about ten. He has been for a wee a few times in the back. I know too much information.
On the subject of cats two have come back in the livingroom. He wants to play with them but they are having none of it. The only thing are cats are trained to do is coming down when I shout dinner.

Lol, we can't even train a cat to come for dinner.

She assigns roles to her staff, and prefers to be fed by her personal chef...me. Unless she's really hungry, she won't budge for the children-and if they do feed her, she'll mewl at me until I pick up her food, stir it, and put it down again.

Oh, yes. The training is indeed one-way. And I *distinctly* remember swearing this one wouldn't be spoilt.

(currently shivering on the bed because the cat is asleep in the middle of it on my doubled-up duvet...no covers for me. And if snoring were an Olympic sport.....:rotfl:)
