  • Cat, I made sure I really enjoyed my 40th after being really depressed on my 30th!
Make sure you do somehting rally special. I was lucky my birthday fell on a Friday so I had friends round on the Friday, went to see Chicago on the Saturday and then had a meal out on the Sunday. Really enjoyed it. So make sure you do something you'll enjoy on yours!

Make sure you do. Honestly, my 40th was the best birthday I've had and I'm sure it's because I made the point of doing things/going places and seeing people I really wanted to. I also saved up for it so I didn't begrudge all the expenditure. (Even in 2008 I was a little bit money conscious when it came to eating out! And that's pretty much all the food I ate that weekend!!)

    Evening Messies :j

Well I had a lovely day today :D just back from the indoor play and dinner is already prepared and just waiting for an arrival time from OH to be cooked.

Just about to go up and tidy the bedroom. It is not too bad but the floor needs a good hoover. It is covered in sock fluff and kitten fur so I will need to do it with the hand brush attachment :(

I want someone else to do everything for me :rotfl:

Now that reminds me: once after a visit to my house my dad said I should consider getting a cleaner as I obviously didn't have time to do it myself :T:o

well today was a busy day. Since losing my job I think I've been busier than ever. Had my JSA app, went ok, then went to the Dr that introduced me to Auntie V on Wednesday (Thanks Fru :D) and he was amazing. He let me talk and he's going to try to officially diagnose my FM or to just figure out what's going on with everything. Got to go back next Friday at the same time to see him, so I've got high hopes for this one. He even went through all of my paper medical records to find the part where FM was suggested (diagnosed unofficially by my chiropractor). So today I've done all that official parp, washing up, cleared up after dog (yuk) etc. Probably the most productive day I've had for weeks. :)

Always good when you have someone keen to figure out what is going on! It can make such a huge difference just knowing that everything that can be done is being done. Fingers crossed they come to the right conclusion soon.

I don't want to leave the couch :o

Not today, I think I am just chronically lazy and leaving the couch would mean doing stuff :rotfl:
