Morning all, glad things are OK with your hubby Helen - and Muffinman sounds like things are a bit better with you too. Maybe it will be good for you if your son does move out and then you can concentrate on yourself for a bit. As a carer I know how it can drain you and its hard when its your son. Keep making those plans in your head and just believe that you can make some of them work out one day. We all need something to aim for.
Went to bed early last night, left hubby to sort DS out for once, I was just so tired. Woke up having a nightmare in the middle of the night and scared the life out of hubby. Thats the second time thats happened in the last few months and its horrible. Never had a proper nightmare before, must be stress!!
Snookey, you sound like you are on a mission, well done! As for your daughter and the razor, bless her, they feel they need to be grown up so fast nowadays dont they?
Got another half hour before I need to collect DS from his tutor then I really should get the hoover out. I might even try and do some gardening, I feel like I have been cooped up in the house too much this week.0 -
Helen, I`m so glad your hubby is OK. That blood test is pretty reassuring, but they do have to get the timing right so it`s well worth the faff staying overnight and being sure. God Bless, both.xx
Muffin, I`m glad you seem to be getting some help - both with sorting your medication & with family issues.
You really are a Strong person, but do you realise that? Put your life into perspective...Think of what you have coped with already, and survived! OK, you may find yourself in bits sometimes, but it seems to me you have the right priorities. Only you have to look after yourself too, you can`t be coping with the youngsters otherwise! Well done for getting shot of the useless Ex - sounds to me like that was a major achievement. Keep your head high, lass, keep seeking and accepting help where it`s available, and give yourself a pat on the back for getting as far as you have! Big ((HUGS))xx
We had a lovely evening at the pub, haven`t been for ages and had a really nice welcome from landlord & a few regulars, also nice chat with a couple of new acquaintances, home by 9.30, shepherd`s pie even better on day 2. I`ve run DS into town for appointment and was going to have a browse in Primark, but came home for more coffee instead!0 -
Helen glad alls well with your hubby, well better safe than sorry. You can never be too careful about these things.
Fairy Princess. Welcome, i might take some pictures myself, i have some little piles of mess accumulated, though probably would never be able to upload them up with my limited skills. Lovely cat, are you sure hes gonna give up his new place, he looks quite smug with finding that. Totay i want to
paint the wall and ceiling behind freezer
get freezer back into kitchen and all the stuff back into it
clean fridge
tidy bedroom
do papers
I think that will do for now. Hope everyone is keeping well.0 -
glad your hubby is ok helen

took ds to school then went to tescos ... yesterday me and ds picked up leaves at the park, we are gonna paint them later and use them to make pretty picturespress them on the paper if you kow what i mean

im glad im doing it, i know he loves my cakes ....... but i just feel bad for not buying him onei know home made is better than shop bought, and i know all the plus points of making it myself ..... but blah ..... i jut feel bad... stupid depression/paranoia tryna drag me down again
anyways enough moaning , hes going to have a sponge cake, with either buttercream or cream and jam filling, and its going to have white icing with multicoloured mini polka dots and red writing
havent done much past few days, as was out all day yesterday, went to my new friends house and then to my maths and then the park to see the ducks and get some leavesducky came to join us on the ponds bridge
